I'm a disabled veteran who ordered a Canvas Beauty hair care set.
On May 12, 2020, I placed and order for the following:
one The BOOSTER Set $92.97
one CANVAS EDGE BAE $17.99
one Canvas Beauty Signature Argan Oil $29.99
TOTAL: $146.59
My mother, ***, who is a senior, ordered the hair oil on May 13, 2020. She just received her order toward the end of last week. Coincidentally, I sent an email to the listed operations manager through the Revdex.com website. Although I do not have a copy of the email, I do believe it was well over a week ago. I noted the delay in receipt of our orders and would expect to receive our orders. I as courtesy I noted my expectation of delivery would be within 3 business days. Nothing was received in that timeframe.
On Jun 1, 2020 at 10:10 AM, I received an email from Canvas Beauty reflecting an order confirmation along with a tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. (Email attached) Upon receiving the email and with the delay I have experienced I checked the USPS system to ensure the tracking number was valid; which I was able to confirm its validity. It is now June 2nd at 3:30 pm and the status of the order according to USPS is reflecting:

I have worked for USPS as a young adult. I am very familiar with the tactics businesses play to portray compliance with shipping deadlines. Creating a shipping label through prepaid accounts for USPS is the oldest AND obvious trick in the book. Just to ensure I am not leveling unfounded accusations, I contacted a friend who is manager at USPS distribution center (the center in where my package will initially arrive in Birmingham). While the tracking number is a valid number, she was able to confirm no package for my shipping address is associated with the number nor has a package with my shipping address and name has been delivered to any of the nearby USPS locations in reasonable proximity to Canvas Beauty's address of record.
After reading the numerous complaints about Canvas Beauty, I opted against any additional efforts to contact the company.
I want the products ordered immediately. However, I will extend and additional courtesy of expecting delivery on Saturday, June 6th. If this deadline cannot be met, I want to receive a full refund including any shipping costs charged.
Thanks for following up with me. Fortunately, I received my products last Friday. It would seem the company would respond to your inquiry since my matter was resolved without further action. I was very disappointed to see all of the complaints regarding shipping and delivery. The products are really good; which me and my mother can confirm. Hopefully, Canvas Beauty will institute some interventions to live up to their delivery standards.

Canvas Beauty does have some minor delays in shipping at times, but I have gotten my products from them every time I order. I have placed 5 orders from them since last year. I will continue to patronize them. These products work! I am a Canvas Girl!
I'm so surprised with the delivery issues. I ordered my products May 23, 2020 and received June 1, 2020. That's an excellent turn around especially with all that is going on!
Placed two orders with this company on the same day received one item,customer service will not respond to emails sent about the rest of my order
I placed two orders on May 19th, 2020 first time every buying anything from this company. I received one item the cheaper item for $ 38.98 Order # XXXXXX Reached out to customer service about the rest of my order the more expensive order and give the tracking number to a Ms. Jo Chapman. Have not heard anything back. No one will reply to my emails and tell me anything.
Order # XXXXXX is the one that I have not received $117.95 I paid for this an I would like to get my order.
When I track the order on their site with the tracking # they gave XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX nothing shows up

I hate to having to write this. I have no choice but to file a complaint. This is a business I wanted to support and trusted they were on top of things. They have many advertisements and I had no doubt they were a credited business. As days went by and weeks .I have had to email them multiple times to find out why they haven't sent my order.. the phone number doesn't give you a person it goes to a voice mail .so email is the only way to get a hold of them . They let you know" oh you will get your product, shipment issues love". I can't get into my account anymore as well. Password *** locked . I came to realizations I have pretty much donated to this company that I'm sad about. They don't refund your money by the way. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed . I spent to much money on a product that I will be uneasy to use now if I ever get it. I don't know how this operation is still in business. They have no respect for there customers I think they could careless about them. I don't even want to give them one star it's a negative star to me. I really hate to write this the crazy thing is I was so excited to order this product . I seen so many ads for this product I had no worries about receiving this product. I wish I would of look at the reviews first. So many dissatisfied customers. I spent to much on a product that I have yet to receive or use. The customer service is shady. Phone number useless and no return policy . I'm sad and disappointed. I really wanted to support this business. I will never buy this product again. Hell I haven't even got the product anyways. I pretty much donated to this shady shop .. burnt sad dissatisfied customer period..

Brought hair products company costing $80 for the kit that was including a discount after receiving products bottle was broken
I ordered product online paying full price of $80 once I receive my product the bottles were broken and all of the oil was out of the bottle leaking from the box I then emailed the company and they did not respond back I also sent them pictures of the package when I opened it I also tried to contact them with their phone number they provided on the website which is not no longer in service I will sincerely like a refund back because of the simple fact that I cannot use a product that has been broken even if it was not the company's fault of it being damaged through shipping I would like a refund back I contacted them numerous times and I also have Emailed them numerous times and they have not received or contact me on behalf of this company or my product. I really believe that this was not a scam and it's a shame because people are really buying this product hoping and praying that those that suffer from hair loss will be able to have something to grow their hair back but yet they just take our money and give us no product
I would just like to be replace for the items that were broken in the box the oil I literally Either would like the bottle that was $35 or a refund back. I don't want to make this company look like a bad name but by the response that I am getting is making me feel like this is all fraud

On 04/29/20 I placed an order with Canvas Beauty Brand in the amount of $90.71. On 05/11/20 I received an email stating that my order has been scheduled for shipment along with a tracking number. Since then I've been checking the status on the USPS app and it states ... Label created, not yet available on your Priority Mail package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. I've been trying to reach out to Canvas Beauty Brand Via email and phone call. When I call the phone ring once and then it cut off. I've decided to email them since I'm not getting through to them whenever I call. My first email to them was sent on 05/19/20 to find out what's going on with my package and it's long overdue. I received an email from Canvas Beauty Brand which states.... Hi *** here, head off customer service. This email address is currently unavailable. Please send emails regarding questions, order statuses or order to ***@canvasbeautybrand.com if you have sent a message to this email in the past and have not received a reply we truly apologize. Please resend the message to the correct email listed above. Thank you and we look forward to servicing you! On 05/22/20 I sent another email to the address she stated in the email and I received a message which states ..... Your request has been received and is been reviewed by our support staff. I tried calling since but it ring once and cut off.

Delay in delivery and damage product, with no reply from the company after many calls and emails
On April 13, 2020 I did an on line order for The PINK KIT Ã? 1 total 133.96, after a delayed shipping, several calls, and emails my order was finally sent out, only to arrive on May 6th DAMAGED. The hair serum seal was not properly attached and the top to the bottle was cracked, causing the product to leak out all over the box. (Additionally 2 of the other products in the box had a un-sealed seal on them as well and 1 not completely full). My concern is related to the serum bottle that was damaged. When we took the bottle out the box you could see the cause of the leakage, I immediately took pictures of the box before I opened it and pictures as I unboxed it. With the leaky bottle the bottle was missing about 1/4 of the product. However when you use the product it "gushes" out the crack causing waste and excess product being used.
I emailed Canvas Beauty Brand and attached pictures (May 6) as of May 20,2020 and after several emails, Facebook Comments, Facebook Messages, Instagram messages and comments and phone calls (their phones are not working now) I have yet to receive any response or remedy for the damage product.
This company lacks quality control, customer service, glitches in their order fulfillment. (the delay in shipping was not because of COVID according to the one person I spoke to).
Again I have tried to contact the company and have only received and automated response saying we will look into your case,
Some sort of human response and a replacement would be greatly appreciated. It is sad that having a standard of excellence in business is not this company top priority)

The business has responded however they did not address the issue of the damaged product. The hair serum bottle top was cracked and leaked all over the Box so I did not receive a full product upon receipt. The response from the business only spoke to the delay in shipping which by the way they never gave me any updates or explain during the process as to the delay in shipping it was only when I called is when a shipping label was completed. My complaint is not regarding shipping but the damaged product that I received
I placed my order with this company on the 20th of April it's now almost the 20th of May and I still don't have my order customer service was terrible
I placed my order almost a month ago it says 7-10 business days nobody ever reached out to me I messaged the company on Facebook , emailed them and called them and they finally got back to me almost 2 weeks later. I explained that it's been almost a month they never updated me through the process of the delay and when I brought it to their attention they didn't offer a discount or extra products considering I spent almost $200 on hair products. What if I didn't buy any shampoo because my order was supposed to be there in a week. It's been a month and my shipping label has JUST BEEN CREATED . My order is STILL in pre-shipment status. You're supposed to compensate for having somebody wait this long for their order you don't just take your take and ship their order a month late and send them on their merry way. That's not good customer service. Don't promise 7-10 business days if it's going to take a month or longer.
After waiting for a month to receive my products that I still don't have and not hearing anything until I inquired I would like some type of resolution.

No because that's not how you do business I've had issues with things being shipped due to the pandemic and I was offering products , discounts , or some type of compensations if I want to order this again I have to go another month without shampoo? It's just not right ! Communication is key somebody should've reached out to me instead of letting it go to the point that I have to reach out and find out where by 130 dollar order is

Two orders of Canvas Beauty products - one for $22.39 and another for $126.86 total amount of $149.24 was placed on March 28,2020 with Canvas Beauty Brand LLC. The order number XXXXXX was never received or delivered to consumer. When consumer contacted Canvas Beauty at phone number listed on consumer's bank account for the transaction a Supervisor named Rosemarie Davis apologized for the delay in an email on May 1, 2020 and said she will ship the products to consumer with in a couple of days and give consumer a twenty percent credit for the delivery issues. When product and twenty percent credit was not received by May 14, 2020 consumer called business phone number listed on bank transaction but got only busy signals. Consumer has been emailing and calling business but has gotten no response from Canvas Beauty Brand LLC regarding Order number XXXXXX with Tracking number XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXXX. Tried calling business again today May 19, 2020 but phone rings busy signal only. I want a refund of my money and to have this business removed from online as they are advertising on Facebook and various other internet locations. They are a fraudulent business at worst or have fraudulent business practices at best.

My order seems to be in limbo and communication with this company is horrible. No status update on my package. False contact info.
First off when I first placed this order on May 1st, 2020, I tried to contact this company with a dispute regarding this order. It added extra items on my order that were not authorized and would not allow me to edit or cancel . I had wanted a refund right then and there but was never contacted. I let the order process and my order# is XXXXXX. On May 2nd, I received an email stating that my order was on the way and my tracking# from USPS: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I received another email as well as my last email from Canvas Beauty on May 11th, stating once again that my order was being shipped. When I click on the link to track my order, it only shows that a label has been made for the order and nothing else. I verified with my local post office that a packaged was never sent, only a shipping label was created. My mother ordered a few items on May 4th, (three days after I placed my order) She received a shipment update on May 11th, the same day I did and got her package today (May 18th, 2020).
If I do not receive any information regarding my order or receive my package within the next three days, I demand a full refund.

The Full Bloom Infinitely Deep Conditioner stained my nails and fingertips. I noticed in some videos that the product is light pink. Mine was dark, pepto color pink. I will not be using again. My nails were ruined.

Made first order (ORDER #XXXXXX) with this company on 4/26/20 for $129.57. Confirmation email indicated I would receive a tracking number within 7 days. That did not happen. On 4/28/20 I unfortunately took the bait on their new promotion and ordered another $140.98. That tracking number for this order was not received within 7 days either. I've made 2 inquiries in regards to the tracking numbers and 2 subsequent inquiries regarding the mailing labels being created but the product never being received by the post office for mailing. Their BUSINESS PHONE number is down until 5/25/20. I'm concerned they have some major issues or are just conducting a fraudulent business.
Deliver the product as agreed when your immediately took payments. If you're unable to honor your business agreement, please provide a full refund.

Ordered products from this company Online 4/11/2020, tracking- XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Package was returned due to insufficient address- receipt shows my completed address. Delivered back at company 5/2/2020. I've reached out to them via email; 4/27/2020,5/1/2020,5/4/2020, 5/11/2020. I even reached out to them via instagram because this is where I originally saw them requesting some type of assistance. This company has failed on all platforms to contact me for a refund of $63.37 or product exchange. All documents are ready to be provided for proof.
I'd like an explanation as to why the Failure to communicate with customer and a refund. This is poor customer service and feels like a scam. Yet, a registered company with excellent reviews all over social media.
After using this product, I deeply regret it. My hair before using this product was healthy and at a good length. I ordered one bottle but the results were inconclusive. I ordered 2 more bottles and I'm half way through one of the bottles and after washing and conditioning my hair a couple of nights ago and realizing how thin my hair had become I immediately stopped using this product. This product caused severe breakage and thinning and I wear protective styles daily.
I feel as though I've wasted my money and even worse my hair is so thin I can see through it when I comb it in my face. I didn't bother asking for a refund because I can't find the receipt and I have a completely unopened bottle. This product severely dried out my hair. I didn't realize my hair was thinning so severely until it was too late.
I wanted to support this business because the young lady started her own business.
I'll go back to using the hair growth product I know works for me.

Purchased a package from them in Feb and spent over $50. I love supporting black businesses. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. It showed as "delivered", but I never got the items. I emailed the company multiple times, no response. Sent messages on social media, no response. Finally, found a number on the website and called. Spoke to someone named Dynasty Chapman and she was so rude. Kept talking over me, refused to refund my money and even refused to send the product. Told me I had to call USPS and find out what THEY did with my items. I was shocked. After calling USPS, they said there is no way for them to track the package and ensure it was delivered to me and not a wrong address. They even sent me an email stating all of this urging Canvas Beauty Brand to refund my money. I sent them everything-- the complaint number, tracking number, email from USPS, and THEY STILL WONT GIVE MY MONEY BACK. Now they won't answer my emails anymore. I have disputed the purchase with my credit card, and also have left some hefty reviews online on their website and social media. Buyer Beware! This is a shady company who is in the business of taking people's money and not actually giving them a product. They went "viral" a few months ago, and now I think they believe they can do whatever they want. STAY AWAY

I reached out to them trying to see if there was a tracking number or anything that can go with my order because they said it would be 7 business days. Well it's been since may 1st and I'm still waiting. Ik corona has a lot of stuff delayed but I've had plenty of packages come either on time or maybe be a day off but I don't think I even have a package coming. They took my $$ and ran because customer service never emailed me back with any information of my products, tracking number or nothing. Very rude. At this point I want a refund terrible business practice. At this point I want my money back because I shouldn't have to wait this long for hair products I could've just took the money I spent there and went to Walmart 3 times cheaper.

They need to have something to let the customers know about that instead of just not saying anything. I know it says shipping would be delayed but I didn't know it would be almost 3 weeks also the email that says the order is on the way if it's not really on the way it shouldn't be sent I just think that they should reach out more to the customers especially when you're paying a high amount of money
