Shipping label created May 16, 2020 and still haven't left the warehouse.

I ordered on April 19th, my order still says confirmed. It's now May 3rd, there has been no response to my emails and the number last doesn't work.

I've emailed and tried calling, the phone number on the site doesn't work. They don't reply to emails as well. It was place on April 19th it's May 3rd now and it still says order confirmed. It hasn't shipped, there is no tracking number just nothing. At this point I think I'd rather get a refund and not even deal with the company again. This was my first order, definitely will be the last. I also will be unsubscribing from the advertising emails.

Desired Outcome

Send it now or refund my money if you can't hold up your end of the process.

04/14 ordered product also requested call back on order, 04/15 I called 424.358.3082 also sent an email asking for call back on order, email kicked back email no good, at this point getting uneasy about online order because money came out of my account and still no return call or email, I called and email several times again with no reply. On 4/25 I get an email with tracking information XXXX XXXX, check status up to 05/04 package not received at post office. I called them and check status . Called Canvas again and advised they could not give me status of my order because their system down, told to call back later today or tomorrow 0505. Order XXXXXX conf 04/14 $154.33 withdrew from card account and cleared 04/14 called 424.358.3082, emailed canvasbeautybrand@gmail, also reached out via messenger on Facebook and still did not get a reply... I have been emailing calling and Facebook since 04/14 with no reply. I also kept copy of every attempt and even said to them on email a phone call could help. Online order, saw them on Facebook and Instagram, no reply or confirmation from anyone at this company. I will submit the many emails that has not received a reply back from attaching emails

At this point, I do not want to do business with Canvas, I do not want their product. Because to date it is no communication whether email or a phone call, there is no way to make this right! Customer service is many things but no communication is not a service, its a Disservice...most people have to look for social media to help in advertising business, but it can't just look good. Being raised on values, I can see that it is not about servicing your customers but about only $... i want to give my business to a company that can appreciate my business. Tbh... Canvas has treated me as though they are scammers, it may need to b looked into as a SCAM. I am checking into it outside of this complaint, I am sure its more to come, www, is open

Because this was a matter your owner or customer service should have been communicated. In the service industry it is how business is successful and because I have sent 7 emails and called the Canvas number and was never replied to, I have those emails to prove they never replied 1 time and said product was backordered. For 4 weeks absolutely no reply to my emails I even reached out on messenger and never got a reply! Bad service, I honestly felt like I was being scammed. No their sorry reply doe not resolve my complaint.

Not legit company don't buy
I purchased a hair system bundle on 4/21/20 in the amount of over a hundred dollars and can't contact company no phone number address or even login my account can't change password says my order number is not legit because it says order number doesn't match I'm not stopping till I get this resolved I have children to care for this is not right give me my money back processing update shipping update something..., don't buy from this company

I absolutely love Canvas Beauty Brand, LLC. I have been purchasing products with them since last year when they went viral. I received my product on time it even had extra products with it. There customer service has been amazing. I will forever recommend this brand.

These products are absolutely amazing! And I find it appalling that soo many people would complain about delivery issues. I always received my products in their shipping window and if an delay occurred I was notified. Reading the reviews, it seems a bit unfair. According to the resolves tickets Most people received their product well within the communicated time window and they always send emails updating us on everything. EVEN WHEN THEY WENT VIRAL. They literally went from a 2 person company to a multi million dollar company virtually overnight during one of the busiest times of the year BLACK FRIDAY! Anyone would struggle. I respect the owner for being able to handle this soo gracefully. I'm praying and rooting for them. Beautiful story of the American Dream. We should be applauding them instead of trying to tear them down. No one can plan for that type of blessing. I'm just proud a sister was able to adapt soo quickly. CANVAS BEAUTY YOU ROCK!!!! And ladies please don't join the hate train. These reviews represent less than 1% of their customers..I speak for the MAJORITY you can tell from the order number.

you to UPS and it says pre shipping date 4-13.

Hello per Canvas beauty email correspondence they delivered my product and I haven't received it and it's not on my porch. Need help
Hello per this email I supposed to have gotten my package and I haven't received it yet. I've been home all day, no one has knocked on the door and nothing is on my porch. Was I supposed to have signed something, because if you have a signature then your delivery person went to another door that isn't mines. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP.

I placed an Order with Canvas Beauty Brands on April 2bd and received a tracking number on April 6th. Today is April 11th and no update it still says awaiting USPS. I have never waited this long for a package I am very my dissatisfied and would like a refund or my products immediately. I also emailed on April 10th no response, very unprofessional will not be ordering again.

I purchase one of the Canvas Beauty Brand hair product sets. The products were very hydrating; however, their Full Blossom Deep Conditioner left my gray hair PINK! I washed my hair four times and could not get the color out. So, I scheduled an emergency hair appointment, where my stylist washed my hair 4 additional times (2 with a clarifying shampoo followed by two additional regular washes and my hair was still pink. My hair stylist told me not to use that product anymore. I reached out to Canvas Beauty Brand customer service on 3/18/2020 to let them know that their product stained my hair. They offered to make me a conditioner without the dye at my expense. I offered to send back my other conditioner, thinking it should at least be an even exchange, and they told me no. I would need to place a new order for their product. My initial email to them was 3/18/2020 and they offered their "resolution" on 4/8/2020. Canvas Beauty Brand Full Blossom Deep Conditioner caused me harm. I do not want anyone else to have to go through the pink hair experience as I am. I guess Canvas Beauty Brand Products are not FDA approved.

Placed an order with the company for their hair serum, item was not delivered. Asked for a refund, was told I could ask for a reship for $2.00.
Placed an order for the CANVAS HAIR BLOSSOM SERUM which costs over $30.00/bottle on or around March 16th. USPS Tracking suggested that as of March 20th, there was an insufficient address for delivery. This was not the case, this was a case of a USPS worked not doing their job. At no time has a package not been able to be delivered. It's strange because FEDEX and UPS seem to have no trouble delivering to my address. Item was returned to the Post Office in Huntsville, AL around March 23rd. I inquired about the item and asked for a refund, was told as of April 8th that no refunds would be granted but, their was a $2.00 reship fee that was asked of me to "reship" the product. Why would I be held accountable for what USPS didn't do? I asked for a refund and that was not honored as the company is more concerned about obtaining profit whether an item is delivered or not. This is simply not good business sense at all. I hope they are not in business for long, I would much rather buy products from companies that are a little less interested in ethics than the proverbial "hustle" while calling itself a "startup".

I would like a refund in the full amount of $35.00.

Based on the reviews, I don't think I will order from them. I don't understand why so many of these people didn't go back to the card issuer to get the funds back? If I don't get my product, I'm going back to my bank and let them handle it. They credit my account and investigate the issue. Obviously, the company has some issues so I won't patronize them. Thanks for the feedback.

Have not received my order and order status is currently in Pre shipment with USPS.
I had originally placed my order on March 29th 2020. I had sent a status email inquiry on April 1st and on that same day after I had sent the inquiry I had received a shipment confirmation. The delivery service provider is USPS and every time I check the status on the USPS web site it shows in Pre shipment. I would like to know when will my order will arrive at the USPS for shipment.? The main reason why I am filing a complaint is to ensure that this transaction isn't a scam and also I would like to receive my product ASAP.

The delivery time is outrageous. I purchased on match 20th. It's not April 4th and they have yet to deliver.
I don't know all the sales reps names or the order number but I keep getting the run around.

I want my items shipped now and a partial refund for the inconvenience and poor customer service.

Very awful product

I do not like my products. I have used them for over a week now and they are the worst. The oil doesn't work on my baby's hair. The shampoo and conditioner breaks my hair so badly that I think it's the products. I want to think I got a bad batch or something based on reviews but you do not accept exchanges or refunds and I'm very disappointed in the quality of the product I received. Industries like this make me appreciate going to *** and *** for hair supplies that actually work. I will never buy direct and will encourage others to do the same.

I would like to advise ANYONE that wants to do business with this company to beware. It takes them 30 plus days to ship product and when you return merchandise they SCAM YOU out of your money. This company has charged my credit card company 3 times already and FINALLY has a working number and updated there website with now they do not issue refunds. So if I start on March 3 I went onto canvas beauty brand and made a purchase of $80 on their website it states 3 to 5 business days I will receive my purchase I have not yet to receive my purchase I have emailed this company And tried calling there is no response to any of my emails I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company because it was so quick to take my money but not so quick to respond to any of my emails or calls and concerns regarding my order

I never received my complete order. The Booster set comes with 4 items and I only received 3 items. I contacted customer support by email the same day
I ordered the Booster set on 2/20/2020. Order number XXXXX. The Booster set includes Full Bloom Shampoo and Conditioner, Canvas Beauty Hair Growth Serum, and the Full Bloom Hair Follicle Booster. Package arrived on 2/27/2020 without the Hair Growth Serum. I emailed customer support the same day at ***@canvasbeautybrand.com stating an item was missing. On 3/2/2020 I received an email saying my request is being reviewed by their support staff. I also found their Facebook link and sent a message thru Messenger to their Dream Team on 3/7/2020. I stated that I am still waiting on the the status of my complaint regarding an incomplete shipment. The response was "please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond." I am still waiting for a response as of today. Currently, still paying for a product I didn't receive on my credit card.I had hoped to try the products and order more for my sisters if I liked the results but I am very disappointed.

I would like to have the missing Hair Growth Serum shipped to me. If that is not possible, I will accept a refund.

I received the missing product today by mail. I am happy I can put this ordeal behind me. I don't feel confident ordering from this company again due to poor customer service. I do like the shampoo and conditioner products but unless I find it in a store in the future, I don't plan to replenish when I run out.
