I ordered from this company on 12-1-19. I got a tracking email 6 days ago, nothing has been updated. I have yet to receive my package.
I placed and order with them on 12-1-19. My order number is XXXXX. I recieved and email 12-2-19 saying my order was on the way, but didn't get a tracking number. On 12-7-19 I received an email saying they recieved so many orders, there's a delay with shipping. I sent an email asking where my order was, no reply. On 12-13-19 I get another email saying my order has shipped, this time I get a tracking number, for USPS XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I've checked that number everyday and it still hasn't been shipped. It's a "pre-shipment" label that was created on 12-8-19 at 6:12 am and has not been touched. I emailed customer service on 12-14-19 demanding a refund. I finally recieved a reply on 12-17-19, but the reply wasn't from my 12-14 email, it was from one I sent on 12-6-19. It wasn't until I said I was reporting them to the Revdex.com and my credit card company that I received a quick response from ***. I'm still waiting for my refund.

I just want my money back. I've waited, and been ignored long enough. Horrible customer service.

I purchased some items and never received it.
I purchased an item 4 weeks ago and notice that a pre shipping label was created but my item was never shipped. I've sent several emails asking for a refund with no response. I've sent messages via their Instagram Page and still nothing.

The client's order, CBB Order #XXXXX, placed November 20, 2019, was delivered on January 30, 2020.

Order placed/paid for on Nov 30, 2019. Still not shipped.
I placed and paid for my order on Nov 30, 2019, with the stated processing time of 3-4 days. On the Dec 7th I used and app called "Arrive" to help me keep track of my order. The next day, I saw an update that the shipping label has been created. After a few more days I emailed Canvas Beauty asking for an update, since I noticed the shipment wasn't delivered to USPS for mailing yet. I was given the same tracking number in which the label was created on Dec 8, 2019. Approximately 4 days later I emailed asking for update on order being taken to USPS for shipping, and have not received a response. Checked again this morning, Dec 19. 2019 and still says "USPS is awaiting package". Please help. This is ridiculous that it's taking this long to get an order shipped.

I would like the products I've paid for to be shipped.

I received my order today with an apology card and an offer to save 30% if I order from them again.

I place an order with canvas beauty brand on 11/29/19. I received a tracking # on 12/4/19. Sent 2 emails for a delivery date and got no response.
Purchase date 11/29/19 order# XXXXX- cost $117.17. Received tracking # on 12/4/19
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Sent emails on 12/12/19 and 12/17/19 asking for a ship date and received no response. Received promo codes for discounts due to delay in shipping on 12/7/19 for 25% off for a future purchase.

At this point I'm not waiting any longer. This company is not trustworthy. I would like a refund.

I ordered my products many weeks ago and paid almost $120. I can not get anyone to respond to me at all concerning when I will get my order.
I ordered on November 29, 2019 my order number is XXXXX and I paid $119.40 with my debit card. I received a tracking number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). There has been no movement on my order for a matter of days. If there is some type of delay that is fine it would just be nice to get a response to the emails that I have sent asking when the order will at least be shipped to the USPS facility. I am not able to get any response which is causing me to become frustrated because I feel like I'm being ignored even though I spent my money on these products and expected to get them in a timely manner or at least a confirmation that I will still receive them. I've even tried to contact the CEO through Instagram direct message and still not response. I was very excited to try these products but I'm not even sure that it's worth the bad customer service.

The company updated and is sending me my order

Company, has not shipped out products that have been paid for.
I purchased my items on 2 December and I received an email of a shipping confirmation on 3 December. The tracking number that was sent to me has not had any updates or movement at all and I believe they are a fraudulent company. I have emailed them twice but have yet to receive a response back. I would like a refund because st this point, the product will fo me no good since, I have purchased a similar product from another company.

The company has fulfilled the order and I received it Monday.

I ordered from this company and expected my order to be delivered. After receiving a confirmation email that my order was in pre-shipment status, I waited for the item to ship. Unfortunately the company took my payment and did not ship the item. In fact, the company failed to delivery the item to the post office for it to be delivered. They made a shipping label to make me think the item was going to be mailed but no item ever came to the post office. I called the post office and filed a complaint but did not get any answer from them. I then emailed the company 3 times were they only responded once not giving me details of why my order didn't ship, but the same information I told them. They did not respond after my second and third attempts. I lost $76.79 and would like to report this company as scammers that use social media to lure people in purchasing their products and not delivering them. This company should be banned from doing any business with customers if they are going to do this to people. Now I may not be able to get back my money that was lost but would like to warn others to be aware of this scam artist company.

Although the company took it's time to deliver the product and not answer my emails, the issue has been resolved since the product was delivered. I will NOT be ordering from this company again due to how they do business.

Hello I purchased the growth serum and it said it was shipped since November 28 and received this tracking number November 29 and till today when I check the tracking number theres nothing on it except a pre-shipment label and I've sent email after email, no response, message them on Instagram, Facebook still no response. If your company not going to sent me my product then you should start my refund process because this is ridiculous

I ordered a product, did not receive shipping information until weeks later, a shipping label was created and a month later, still never shipped.
Order number XXXXX I ordered the product on 11/7/19 and was told that I would receive tracking info by 11/13/19. I did not receive it. I contacted the company on 11/15 who said it would ship the following day 11/16. It did not ship. I still hadn't received any notice. I sent a message of my rights as an online consumer as written by the FTC and they sent me a tracking number with a "label created" by usps but it was never ever shipped to me. I sent another message on 11/19 and 11/24 and was ignored. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges on 11/30. This company not only never sent my product, they neglected to inform me of shipping information, neglected to tell me why they refused to send me my product, but took my money and seemed not to care about me as a customer. Very disappointing.

Navy Federal refunded me for my purchase. I would like to know why this happened, why my attempts to reach out were ignored and why no shipping information was sent and when it was the product never shipped , even though my card was charged.

31 days after purchasing and about 3 days after submitting this complaint and disputing the charge with my bank, after ignoring my messages and everything, they finally sent the product to me.

I was charged on 9/17/19 and still have not gotten my entire order. They were responsive but stopped updating and still no shipment of that product.
I was charged $117.08 on Sept 17th for a bundle of hair products. I got my shipment but the shampoo was missing instead I got a post card saying that item would be sent when it was in stock. I contacted them they issued an apology and stated I would have a tracking number on Nov 11th. That date came no tracking number and they have abruptly stopped communicating regarding my order. No refund or remaining products have been received. I noticed they posted weeks ago every one would get their shipment because they are in a new facility but still nothing has been sent to me.

I placed two separate orders on the 28th of October. I received an email with the tracking information almost two weeks later, which was absurd because that took way too long. I was supposed to have received all of my products on the 16th of November and only 1/3 of my products was delivered. I did not receive my starter set nor my lash and brow growth serum. I have sent about 6 different emails expounding my frustrations in having to wait so long for something that I paid for and I have yet to receive any reply from their customer service. The fact that they have no number I can call to speak with someone is aggravating enough, but waiting for days and still not able to hear from somebody regarding my concerns and complaints is where I draw the line. I am highly upset at their customer service and I just want my money back at this point. I am done with this foolishness. I really want this to be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.

After waiting since 10/28 to get my products. A product was missing out of my collection and the company is not replying to me emails or messages.
Placed my order on 10/28. Received email stating I will get my tracking number 11/6. Did not. Emailed them on the 7th. Was informed I will get my tracking number by Wednesday (11/13). Did Not. Emailed them on the 14th. Was informed they will process it is the weekend. On Saturday the 16th I received a tracking number. The tracking number was not able to be tracked until the 20th because the company had not dropped it off at USPS yet. All for me to get the product on the 21st and for the deep conditioner to me missing. This kit was 118.00 dollars and I had to wait almost a month to get it just for it to be missing a product.

The Canvas Beauty Essential Kit was ordered on 10/21/19 and tracking sent 10/25/19 but USPS hasn't received it and i'm awaiting a shipping date.
I purchased The Canvas Beauty Essentials Kit for $84.79 on October 21st 2019 using my debit card attached to my Paypal account and received tracking information on the 25th of the same month.
The order has been in pre-shipment status since the 25th of October and when I reached out to Canvas Beauty, they kept changing the shipping date. I have been following their Instagram and Facebook pages since placing my order, and they provide the same generic message about a delay in shipping but no official date as to when the item is to ship. I've seen reviews from customers that placed their order days and even weeks after I did, that have already received their orders.
I have reached out 3 times by email and through chat for an update on my order and nothing has changed. My order is still awaiting shipment with no official date as to when it will be delivered.
Per their policy, orders takes a processing time of 4 business days and 3 business days to be delivered. I am well into a month since purchasing my order and have been patient enough.

Believing that my order would ship within a reasonable time frame, I placed a second order for one product on Nov 11th, 2019 and I received that order Nov 18th, 2019.

Canvas Beauty Brand advertises its company of Facebook which has numerous complaints from consumers who have been bamboozled.
I purchased products from Canvas Beauty Brand's website and was never given a tracking number or shipping information, but my funds were immediately drafted from my account. A week after making the purchase I emailed the company asking for a refund or shipping information. I was not given either of the two. I went back to Facebook and proceeded to review the comments on their page and noticed that dozens upon dozens of women were facing the same problem that I was! I have tried emailing the company, messaging the company on their social media page, absolutely no response. It is as if the company no longer exists, but they still continue to send advertisements to my email about new products!

I want a refund from this company and for them to stop scamming women.

Delivery has been markedly delayed despite receipt of payment at time of order. No response to inquiries re: order.
Order #XXXXX placed on 10/26/19. Tracking number promised within 3-4 business days. When no information received by 11/2, business contacted re: shipping status. On 11/5/19, received "order shipped" email with tracking number. As of 11/15/19, USPS has still not received item from seller.
Only phone number attached to business goes directly to voicemail. No response to email sent on 11/11/19 requesting immediate shipment or refund.
There are now multiple complaints on business's Facebook page related to similar issues.

Desired Outcome

Request immediate refund of $97.98.

Money for products have been deducted from my account and I have not received the products.
Advertising states products will be shipped 3-4 business days from receipt of order. It has been 11 business days today an I haven't received anything. I continue to email and call the number to the business and I have not received my items.

Co. does not respond to email/calls. Once product is ordered & paid for, customer no longer able to contact the co. and never receives product.
I believe I've been scammed. No one has returned my emails, no tracking number has been received as per their website of a tracking number for my order. Phone contact is impossible as the voice mail remains full.

I paid $85 for order, when it was received it was damaged during the transition.
I immediately contacted them to advise, even sent a picture of the damaged
Item, was told that they would replace it & I should receive within 3-4 days it's been
(3) and I have not received anything. I sent message
After message now they're telling my order number is incorrect, all I want is
A replacement bottle. That's only fair.
