check # 1776 for the amount of $207.00 was mailed on 11/4/2016 to the address provided on the settlement agreement. We will check with our bank and see if the check has cleared. If not, we will cancel and reissue. Please confirm, again, the exact mailing address you would ilke the check to be sent.

A new check was mailed to the customer this week.

Good morning, we see here the customer has filed a claim with us, all claims are processed based on the standard valuation selected by the customer of $0.60 per pound per article. The customer is claiming that one item was damaged during the entire move, which was a headboard weighing 60 lbs. Our...

liability is $60.00, however in an effort to go above and beyond and resolve the customer we mailed a settlement agreement of $100.00. Below is our liability. We will still honor the $100.00 settlement we sent to our customer. claimingheadboard (glass broken panel )100lbs 100lbs x  .60=$60.00

There was NO animal feces in the house.  It was not unsanitary and I had other people in the house at the time that can account that this is a false claim.

We have our proof of the tv not being broken. The other tvs were checked before the movers left. The tv wasn't plugged in because the tv was bought on September 22 to go inn our basement. The accusation against my husband is false and truly a reach because the tv was brand new and we have a receipt of when the tv was bought. Provide a picture that was taken at [redacted]. Then we can accept the denial. All my son' Has no proof of this. The only picture provifed to me was the one taken at the new address [redacted] and again I have PROOF of that being done and when it was taken. Not sure why my husband would purchase a tv and then break it to get a free one out of the business only a week later. My husband wasn' at the previous location to begin with. This business is very unprofessional like I stated in my review that I submitted. If the tv was broken previously then why wasn' I notified before the move ? Regards,

Message to Revdex.comLouisville LOADING V/S UNLOADING Complaint filed REF#[redacted] & [redacted] Refer to the Notarized Complaint filed 6/22/16 and mailed Certified 6/25/16 I have not received any correspondence from this complaint. To simplify my complaint: One company charged over $700 (5 hrs) to load my 1 bedroom apartment and the other company charged $200 (2 hrs) to unload. The same items, same truck. Upon arrival of the LOADING staff, they arrived with a semi truck. They reviewed the items in the apartment and told me "no way" the items would fit in the Penske moving truck I rented. Additional they asked ME to go to 3 apartments to ask the other tenants to move their cars. Understand it was a very slight advantage to have my rented truck where the 3 cars were V/S the additional ramp to the side of the walkway. Both men smoked downstairs and did nothing until our Maintenance Staff told the 2 men to start loading and they were waisting time. They did nothing for the 1st Hour after their arrival. 1 loader rarely came upstairs , he simply waited in the truck for his partner to bring him things. Once they loaded the truck it was approximately 1/3 full! The UNLOADING staff: same items, an even farther distance from the entrance, took less than 2 hours to unload. The 2 men worked together unloading, not 1 man waiting in the truck, each of them loaded on their dolly and each of them carrying items to the apartment, placing them in the locations indicated on each box and set up the items where needed. I never would have known there was such a huge difference in hours billed if I did not experience this load and unload. Once again I am filing the same complaint to you, the Revdex.com. I expect to receive a 70% refund from the LOADING Company. There is no excuse for this price gouging!

The clock starts when we arrive there at your current location and ends after unloading at your final destination. There is a 2 hour minimum and after that we prorate by every 15 minutes. I only add 1 hour flat for total travel. This gives my men 30 minutes to get to you and 30 minutes to get back to our warehouse after completing your move. As I stated in my previous response we are checking to see if the check has been cashed, if it has not cleared we will stop payment and reissue a new check. What else would you like for us to do?

According to an email I received from them,  the in home estimate is free. And yet when I asked them if they would send someone, they said it was not necessary. They asked how many pieces and estimated the time. That was the budget I allowed for...give and take an hour of so more. But when the original bill was $933+, then I knew these were "rogue" movers. I am enclosing an estimate from a repair person who will fix the gouge on the floor and the wall. I have not yet received the estimate to fix the scratches on the furniture. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General 's office and will include all the negative reviews on the internet about the company. If there are several of these complaints, I will ask the AG to look into this matter more closely. Aslo, the FMCSA will be apprised of these practices. I have photos of the damage done to the furniture as well as the floor and the walls. One hundred dollars does not cover the estimate to fix the damages. I will accept 250 dollars to resolve this issue.
