For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Bed frame is completely ruined. The glass headboard on the bed frame cannot be easily replaced (monetarily speaking) so we were looking to be compensated for the entire bed frame, which weighs lbs, amounting to $in compensation at $0.60/lb/item. I tried to explain that the headboard was part of the larger item, the bed frame as a whole, and we would like to be compensated for the bed frame as a whole, not just one part of the glass headboard. They argued that the bed frame did not weigh that much and said they were only compensating for the glass they broke. I have attached some documents that might be useful. Were they charging me for the time I was waiting on the phone talking to you about the charges? As of yet NO refund has been issued to my Credit card...Friday, September 30th, 2016...I will consider this resolved once I see the refund of $on my credit card account (I get real-time postings via smart phone)*** Said he would do it last Sat., then again this past Wed.9/
