All my sons on the phone seems very nice at first and they gave me an original quote of 109$ per hour for two people to help me unload a moving truckI let them know I had my own moving truck and I just needed help unloading itThey told me the minimum was two hours at a rate of 109$ and that the employees had an hour of travel I agreed to do business with them since their quote was better than their competitorsThe services were great, the two young men who helped us showed up to my place with a moving truck (which I didn't need) they completed the job in 1hr 20minI had no complaint about they amicable, respectful and professionalThen we called the office to finish and complete paymentThe billing rep then raised the per hour rate to 129$ charged 40$ for fuel for the the truck that I didn't request and charged an additional hour for travel timeThe total cost after taxes came out to $for an 1hour and 20mins of workThis is robbery at its finestCharging an additional hour for travel while still on the clock for the original two hours is beyond ridiculous, charging the customer 40$ for fuel costs for the truck I didn't need made matters only worseI felt mislead, cheated and certainly unhappy with my interactions with All my sons Louisville KYI wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy because it would mean they would still be turning in a profit

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY]Again, there are two separate issues One is the matter of complete and flagrant disregard for our property We expect (and have seen) minor damage to occur during any move However, our findings upon unpacking were shocking The gross negligence required to wrap an $photo in a single piece of bubble wrap (which fell off during transit) is as shocking and sloppy as it is disrespectful The multiple pieces of several damaged (not scratched or scuffed, but crushed) furniture There are professional standards at play, and All My Sons violated them.The second issue is insurance coverage Given that we thought that a purportedly competent and ethical company acting in good faith would damage very little in transit...and expected (based on past experiences) that such a company would make good on its mistakes...we did not buy supplemental insurance However, as I've indicated, acts of gross negligence may invalidate any service contract Were All My Sons to take our $16,and simply light our good on fire, would the company be "on the hook" for only cents/pound? We have taken the time to review your account againOn the day of your move, one of the members of our moving crew took a photo of your TV before they moved it because it was already broken prior to us arriving at your residenceWe have that photo on fileUnfortunately, you also didn't submit any photos of the damage and our claim file that we have for you was still incomplete after we sent multiple requests for more informationAt this point, it was the decision of our customer care team to deny the claim due to lack of evidenceIf you have any further questions, feel free to reach out and talk to one of our representatives so we can explain the decision further
Is the broken glass completely preventing from the bed frame being used? Message to Revdex.com Louisville LOADING V/S UNLOADING Complaint filed REF# [redacted] & [redacted] Refer to the Notarized Complaint filed 6/22/and mailed Certified 6/25/I have not received any correspondence from this complaintTo simplify my complaint: One company charged over $(hrs) to load my bedroom apartment and the other company charged $(hrs) to unloadThe same items, same truckUpon arrival of the LOADING staff, they arrived with a semi truckThey reviewed the items in the apartment and told me "no way" the items would fit in the Penske moving truck I rentedAdditional they asked ME to go to apartments to ask the other tenants to move their carsUnderstand it was a very slight advantage to have my rented truck where the cars were V/S the additional ramp to the side of the walkwayBoth men smoked downstairs and did nothing until our Maintenance Staff told the men to start loading and they were waisting timeThey did nothing for the 1st Hour after their arrivalloader rarely came upstairs , he simply waited in the truck for his partner to bring him thingsOnce they loaded the truck it was approximately 1/full! The UNLOADING staff: same items, an even farther distance from the entrance, took less than hours to unloadThe men worked together unloading, not man waiting in the truck, each of them loaded on their dolly and each of them carrying items to the apartment, placing them in the locations indicated on each box and set up the items where neededI never would have known there was such a huge difference in hours billed if I did not experience this load and unloadOnce again I am filing the same complaint to you, the Revdex.comI expect to receive a 70% refund from the LOADING CompanyThere is no excuse for this price gouging!
