I have made several moves in my life and this last move with All My Sons was the worst in both time and damage Their drivers were clueless on how to load a truck and actually had to spend a whole day reloading a truck because they overloaded it Of course, they don't have 18-wheelers, so they had to use two smaller trucks They lied about the number of drivers they would use and how long it would take They lied about the cost, holding our furniture hostage until we agreed to pay an increased amount for the move The damage to our furniture was because much of it was simply unprotected...including a wooden table that was placed upside down on the bef of the truck without padding Rather than accept pennies on the dollar in settlement for the damages and a gag order, we chose to accept our losses so we could spread the word about how bad this organization conducts business

I do not accept the business’s response because I was willing to pay what the business quoted me which I figured would be around $but they came with a $dollar charge which was not right in what the business verbally told me about their pricingI do not have $dollars at this time Thanks [redacted] Complaint # [redacted]

[redacted] complaint [redacted] ***'s complaint is a little tricky because on any recording of me he would clearly have me stating to him that because of an emergency customer being brought into storage I had no access to his last vault which required a forkliftTo explain, any recording should have me explaining to [redacted] that until the emergency storage was delivered I literally could not physically get a forklift to his last vaultAs far as delivering his first vaults, I did this for reasonsSo his wife didnt have to help due to her pregnancyto save them the money on renting the truck and last to save them the inconvenience of doing it themselvesI regret the situation and doing all of the work for free saves at least $not to mention the time and inconvenience of having to move this themselves

I hired all my sons in November of and it was the worst mistake I've ever made in LIFE, them three guys tore my sectional up they tore up my washing machine they put several big holes in my apartment walls and now there asking me to take a $no way mister I'm taking u to court mark my wordMaybe if your guys wasn't drinking beer and weed they could have done there job rightI'm pissed off don't use them!!!!
