This is by far the worst moving company I have ever usedI was scheduled for a 3PM move, my phone call was finally returned at 4PM to say they would be there shortly, they called again at 6PM and asked if they could reschedule my move because they were all tired and had had a long dayI called back at 6:30PM explaining I had to be out of my current apartment by 5PM which is why I scheduled a 3PM moveThey didn't return my phone call until 7PM and said they would come the next day but I would have to be the last appointment of the day as a "work in." And they only offered to slightly decrease their travel feesNow, I'm stuck paying late fees for my current apartment and unaware if they will fulfill their end of the agreement to actually show up and do their JOB I'm paying them forI took a hour shift off work as a nurse to move today for NO REASON! Not only have I missed a day of income, I am paying out of pocket for late fees for staying in my current apartment past my deadline to be outThis is one of the worst businesses I've ever come in contact with and I will make sure no one I know gets screwed over by this company in the way I did

For your move, I will send you full time professional movers and a 26ft truck for only $per hourThe clock starts when we arrive there at your current location and ends after unloading at your final destinationThere is a hour minimum and after that we prorate by every minutesI only add hour flat for total travelThis gives my men minutes to get to you and minutes to get back to our warehouse after completing your moveWe also have a standard 10% fuel surcharge and standard material charge added for any packing materials used on the move. I chose this moving company based on good reviews and ratings when I was searching for a moverThe manager Collin proudly stated that they are employee owned and everyone who works there has a stake in the companyI hired them for my move of about miles to new homeI had multiple problems with themThe first thing that happened was that the movers were about hours late getting to our"first thing in the morning" move.The next thing was that they were very slow (paid by the hour)It took then 1/hours to move furniture from sq foot house and ft POD storage unitThey did not cover all the large furniture and nothing was tied down into their foot truckI left early to new house and my partner left after moving truck after mover stated that they wanted to "stop off and get lunch"About an hour after my partnet arrived at the new house, I got anxious and tried to call the companyAfter several failed attempts, I called the driver and he responded by telling me, "didn't the office call me" I told him no and he told me that the moving truck broke down about a block from the house we were moving fromHe didn't know the plan from that pointIt was about 3:in the afternoon by this time (move started at 10:15)After a full minutes of trying to contact the office, I finally reached WilliamHe told me that the moving truck had to be towed and that we would have our things moved in that night.He also told me those movers quitI told him hat I wanted to be updated every minutes which he did not doI finally called him again at 6:that night and was told that we would not get out things until the next day and everything was still on the truck from moveI was told about they would pay for hotel since all our clothes and bed on the truckWe had a do with us and had to stay at "pet friendly" hotel that cost me $they brough our belongings the next day aftyer transferring them to another trucknothing was tied down and very few items coveredThey were efficient in moving things off truckwe were told on arrival that many things were damaged badly and found this to be trueOur expensive and fairly new stainless steel refriderator had large dents and scrapes in it and my formal cherry dining room table had large gouges in itSeveral totes had broken lids and another new leather chair had a hole gouged in backThe rest of our furniture had scrapes and dents that were more minorWhen we saw the damage, we asked about insurance and the manager, William told me that they did not have anyWe told them this all was unacceptable and we did not want to pay for the moveWe got him after about minutes of argueing to not charge us for the money owed on move and that hotel would be paid up to $They already had $on my credit card and we asked that it would be refunded back to usWilliam agreed to this on that day 12/I reviewed my credit card yesterday (12/17) and noted the charge was still therI talked to William today and he refused to take the charge off claiming that fuel charges needed to be paidI reminded him of how careless they were with our move and that we were out a lot more money replacing and fixing the damaged goodsHe still refused to take charge offI told hm that I will have credit card company take charge off since it is a disputed chargeHe still refused to take charge off himself

We have investigated the complaint made by the customer, based on the account in our system all processes were followed correctly explaining the charges to the customerThe charges were verbally explained and sent via email to the customerDoes the customer not recall these conversations and
receiving the email? We never want a customer to be unhappy we are pleased to extend an offer of 10% discount for moving services

First they were late getting to my locationsecond they took their time to start out with only after they gave me a finish time did they speed upThey must have dropped my washing machine broke the lid and leaks at bottom I HAVE HAD TO BUY AN NEW WASHING MACHINETHEY TORE CARPET LOOSE FROM WALL BY SCOOTING HEAVY FURNITURE ON IT.HAVE TO GET LANDLORD TO FIX.THEY TORE CORNER OF DINNING ROOM CHAIR COVERPUT A BIG GOUGE IN COFFEE TABLE , SAW THEM SET DOWN ON BACK OF TRUCK AND TURN IT ON EDGE.SUPPOSED TO SEND CLAIM FORM AND HAVEN'T DONE THAT EITHER

I apologize that your move seemed to take longer than you anticipated, it is difficult for a sales representative to know just how many hours a move will take and an hourly time estimate is not given over the phone, we do not want our customer to feel unsatisfied, we appreciate you saying the movers
were working hardCan we reach a settlement for $150.00? One and half hours? I would like to thank you for your input and consideration

This was the worst experience I have ever had movingThey show up Friday and tell me that they weren't told I had a basement and their truck isn't big enough and it is a man job not a man job (which I was quoted a man rate)They assured me that they would have an excellent crew come back Saturday morning with a bigger truck and menThey assured me this would save me money and time and they would have me out of the house before my dead line of 2:00pmSaturday comes and no moversI called and called; once I finally got ahold of Frank he said he would call me back in ten minutes that he showed my move was for the afternoonHe never called backI called again talked to Larry who told me he didn't know what he could do for me other than refund my depositI said that isn't an option, I have to be out of the houseI called again and Greg said he would do what he could and apologized for the promises madeHe finally got a crew of guys in a rented Ryder truck to move meThey showed up at 1:30pm -mind you my deadline to be out was I ended up moving the majority of the boxes myself along with two friends and my mother who wasn't in condition to moveWe finally got out of the house at The buyers were extremely upsetThe truck they brought didn't even fit all of my things which we ended up cramming in our cars just to get outThis was an awful experience and they made no attempt to do me any favors for their mistakeThey were charging me an hour for men, they "graciously" took it down to 109; however I was originally quoted an hourI ended up getting the an hour, but no other concessions were made for my emotional roller coaster and extreme frustration not to mention the anger from the buyers who were unable to make any progress on their end due to the delayI believe this business should not be in business if that is how they run thingsI will make sure no one I know will ever use this company
