All my sons on the phone seems very nice at first and they gave me an original quote of 109$ per hour for two people to help me unload a moving truck. I let them know I had my own moving truck and I just needed help unloading it. They told me the minimum was two hours at a rate of 109$ and that the employees had an hour of travel I agreed to do business with them since their quote was better than their competitors. The services were great, the two young men who helped us showed up to my place with a moving truck (which I didn't need) they completed the job in 1hr 20min. I had no complaint about they amicable, respectful and professional. Then we called the office to finish and complete payment. The billing rep then raised the per hour rate to 129$ charged 40$ for fuel for the the truck that I didn't request and charged an additional hour for travel time. The total cost after taxes came out to $425 for an 1hour and 20mins of work. This is robbery at its finest. Charging an additional hour for travel while still on the clock for the original two hours is beyond ridiculous, charging the customer 40$ for fuel costs for the truck I didn't need made matters only worse. I felt mislead, cheated and certainly unhappy with my interactions with All my sons Louisville KY. I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy because it would mean they would still be turning in a profit.

We hired All My Son's for our recent move. The owner puts a lot of effort into ensuring things well. The rates were good and they were able to move us when we requested.

I have multiple email confirmations justifying the business did in fact agree to perform services. They called me the day of and cancelled, thus causing me a full days wage at my job as well as an inflated moving cost due to an emergency work order . This business should be shut down or prosecuted for false advertising or fraud.

reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This past Monday or Tuesday, [redacted], the customer service supervisor, said I'd have to sign a letter in order to receive the 303.80, which they agreed to via Revdex.com. He emailed me the letter, which I was prepared to sign and return, until I read the additional language/fine print they added without telling you or me. That fine print says my signing the letter prohibits me from filing additional claims for missing items/damages etc. My sister cannot find the mirror that goes to her bedroom suit. I don't know why they are including the fine print, when they also mailed me a claim form for damages and missing items. I emailed [redacted] telling him about this additional language they decided to add and about the missing mirror. I also asked him to confirm whether they increased the hourly rate when they sent an additional mover/helper, because when I spoke to a supervisor while at work, that supervisor said he could send an extra helper at a higher hourly rate. I wanted to confirm with [redacted] whether the hourly rate of 159/hr increased because [redacted] decided to hang out/lollygag in the basement for hours, which is a breach of contract because [redacted] should have been working. I have not heard back from [redacted]. At this time, I need you to please contact them regarding two items because they are ignoring me: All My Sons agreed to pay 303.80; we did not agree to have me sign a letter containing language barring claims for missing/damaged items; if they intended to include that language, they should have been up front with both you and me about that, rather than trying to have me sign something without reading what I'm signing. Also, they need to confirm whether the original hourly rate of 159/hr increased (when [redacted] was not even working, even though we were paying him to be onsite to work). Thank you.
