As of yet NO refund has been issued to my Credit card...Friday, September 30th, 2016...I will consider this resolved once I see the refund of $109.00 on my credit card account (I get real-time postings via smart phone).. [redacted] Said he would do it last Sat., then again this past Wed.9/28...
I am sorry for any confusion, it was my understanding that our valuable customer asked for $200.00 and in good faith I offered an extra $50.00 for the customer to possibly enjoy a nice dinner with the extra money. Again, we are under new management and have changed procedures as well. I believe our customer to be a fair and reasonable person and I hope we can get this matter resolved so he may put this behind him.
I would like to offer a refund of 10% of the move back to our customer.

I rejected all my sons moving offer because they offered 192.00 for the damages they done to the house and furniture and also the time it took to do the job which was hourly.here is a pic of one area they damaged.

I appreciate the reduction in cost of $300.00, which is what I requested. There was also damage to a door casing. I do not know what this will cost but wish for the repair to be covered as well. I can get an estimate and submit for this repair to be made and paid for by the mover. Thank you.
I have made several moves in my life and this last move with All My Sons was the worst in both time and damage. Their drivers were clueless on how to load a truck and actually had to spend a whole day reloading a truck because they overloaded it. Of course, they don't have 18-wheelers, so they had to use two smaller trucks. They lied about the number of drivers they would use and how long it would take. They lied about the cost, holding our furniture hostage until we agreed to pay an increased amount for the move. The damage to our furniture was because much of it was simply unprotected...including a wooden table that was placed upside down on the bef of the truck without padding. Rather than accept pennies on the dollar in settlement for the damages and a gag order, we chose to accept our losses so we could spread the word about how bad this organization conducts business.
The customer care team has a 100% answer ratio, I do not know why you would be passed around, any customer care agent can help you. I am having a specialist call you instead.

I was told when I called the number provided to go back to the local office and, at this point, have not been given any resolution.
