[redacted]  complaint [redacted]  [redacted]'s complaint is a little tricky because on any recording of me he would clearly have me stating to him that because of an emergency...

customer being brought into storage I had no access to his last vault which required a forklift. To explain, any recording should have me explaining to [redacted] that until the emergency storage was delivered  I literally could not physically get a forklift to his last vault. As far as delivering his first 2 vaults, I did this for 3 reasons. So his wife didnt have to help due to her pregnancy. to save them the money on renting the truck and last to save them the inconvenience of doing it themselves. I regret the situation and doing all of the work for free saves at least $200 not to mention the time and inconvenience of having to move this themselves.

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations during your relocation with us. We have many standard operating procedures we abide by and I will be researching each method to ensure quality. I see you are requesting $300.00 as a settlement amount. I will be happy to honor $300.00 as the settlement so...

I do  not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaint. I never said that the movers quoted me a flat rate of the entire move. The business never tried to work with me and NEVER offered a discount to me and when I was talking to the assistant manager [redacted] on the phone Dec 5, 2014 I asked where the truck was going because it was leaving and he stated he told them to go to the store. A few minutes later I spoke with the owner( [redacted]) and he was going on about none of their employees would of told me anything I was saying and to pay my bill then proceeded to tell me that they were taking my items back to Louisville and I could come and pick them up there. As I was trying to speak with him more he hung up on me.

Please see attached that has already been written by us for responces; we never asked for $200 as a settlement; it clearly states that the disputed amount is $400....We will agree to consider the matter 'resolved' for this amount, and will no longer from this point going forward complain or badmouth the company; however, we can't sign the documentation supplied by All My Sons!!

On the day of the move they called and said they wouldn't take a personal check and complained about the price that it already been quoted.

We never received the $200.00 refund promised by All My Sons.  We are very eager to put this whole horrible experience and this terrible company behind us.

them to know we are available, in no way are we trying to annoy the customer. We have removed you from our system, the source that you requested a quote from does send your information to multiple movers and I cannot guarantee that you will stop receiving calls from other moving customers. Louisville LOADING V/S UNLOADING Complaint filed REF#[redacted] & [redacted] Refer to the Notarized Complaint filed 6/22/16 and mailed Certified 6/25/16 I have not received any correspondence from this complaint. To simplify my complaint: One company charged over $700 (5 hrs) to load my 1 bedroom apartment and the other company charged $200 (2 hrs) to unload. The same items, same truck. Upon arrival of the LOADING staff, they arrived with a semi truck. They reviewed the items in the apartment and told me "no way" the items would fit in the Penske moving truck I rented. Additional they asked ME to go to 3 apartments to ask the other tenants to move their cars. Understand it was a very slight advantage to have my rented truck where the 3 cars were V/S the additional ramp to the side of the walkway. Both men smoked downstairs and did nothing until our Maintenance Staff told the 2 men to start loading and they were waisting time. They did nothing for the 1st Hour after their arrival. 1 loader rarely came upstairs , he simply waited in the truck for his partner to bring him things. Once they loaded the truck it was approximately 1/3 full! The UNLOADING staff: same items, an even farther distance from the entrance, took less than 2 hours to unload. The 2 men worked together unloading, not 1 man waiting in the truck, each of them loaded on their dolly and each of them carrying items to the apartment, placing them in the locations indicated on each box and set up the items where needed. I never would have known there was such a huge difference in hours billed if I did not experience this load and unload. Once again I am filing the same complaint to you, the Revdex.com. I expect to receive a 70% refund from the LOADING Company. There is no excuse for this price gouging!

Hi Jennifer; how odd I just spoke to you yesterday about this complaint against All My Sons Moving & Storage, and I get another reply(via email) from them today!
 
I'm forwarding this email trail on to you for the record regarding ID [redacted]; again there has been no resolution, don't think there will be one; but wanted to be sure that our complaint does not show as being RESOLVED!

Two months following the worst move  and one of the worst experiences my family and I have had the paltry offer of $250.00 is too little too late.  We could not in good conscience promise not to warn others away from your company.  The Revdex.com already revoked AMS endorsement as it should.  Glad the company is trying to get better but you are the first one to apologize.  The owner was rude and only grudgingly willing to try to help us after he and my wife had spoken at length.  We will never be able to state that we are completely satisfied with the horrible experience we endured using AMS.  A complete refund and an apology would at least let us know that someone at your company understands just how terribly we suffered even to the point of being threatened by one of the three fired workers!  We have felt uncomfortable knowing that they know where we live and have my cell phone number.  Since everyone associated with our move was fired we now feel even more  anxious that we may become targets of retaliation.  Just writing this dredges up horrible memories.

[redacted], please see the attached pictures.  I was not able to determine how to attach them on the Revdex.com website.  These pictures show the damage done during the move. 
My brother can make these repairs for about $150.00.  This is substantially less than it would cost if we hire someone, as just the service call with no materials will cost $100.00. 
We need to replace the wood trim, fill in the gouge in the ceiling and repaint and repaint the area on the wall that was rubbed out by furniture. The largest damage is the wood trim.
If this is acceptable, please let me know whether my account will be credited the $450.00 ($300.00 reduction in moving costs and $150.00 for the damage), or if a check will be written.
