When Mr [redacted] took advantage of our promotional CD offer for a $1.99, he stated that he read, understood and agreed to be enrolled into our autoship program called Club-YBTAs part of the program, the customer was given days from when we shipped the CD to cancel If he doesn't want to continue to avoid any further Billings and shipments of CD'sHowever we understand at times people may overlooked the program so therefore he can request for a refundPlease call our customer service line at 888-955-1292, option to speak to a live representative so we can take care of his issue
We advised the customer from the moment he returns the package, he has to call us back and provide the tracking number so we can approve his refund but he did not call and follow up
Stated in our terms, we do not provide refunds for product that has already been shipped except for cancellation however at times people tend to overlooked our terms or missed to read it so therefore we can allow customers to request for a refund for the last days billing period but if the charged was more than days we cannot issue refunds to prevent people from exploiting the trial offer

When Ms [redacted] took advantage of our promotional hypnotherapy CD, she acknowledged to be enrolled into our auto ship program called Club-YBTWe provided full disclosure regarding our regarding our program and billing processes in terms and conditionsThe customer is given days from the date of the free CD is shipped to cancel the subscription otherwise she will be billed $and shipped with addtional set of CDs
The way our program works is that, we give away a hypnotherapy CD for free which we typically retail for $and as part of the promotion we only charge $for shipping and handlingThe reason why we do this is because we simply want to introduce people to the YourBetterTomorrow series of hypnotherapy, an audio session on CD and for them to evaluate itThe evaluation period starts days from when we shipped the complimentary CD and for us to hear their feedbackIf we do not hear from them, it tells us that the customer liked the product and we charged $and proceed to send the first set of CDsThere is no obligation to purchase anything as the customer has a complete control whether they want to continue or cancel the membership so that no further billings and shipments will occur We provided full information to the customer about our program when signing up and must agree to our terms and conditions and by accepting the offer, the customer is agreed to be enrolled into our autoship program called Club-YBT and authorizing YourBetterTomorrow to charge the account on file for further shipments of CDs unless cancelled
We provided a full disclosure about our billing process to Ms [redacted] from the moment she signed up and took advantage of our promotional CD offer and it was stated in our terms that she must cancel within ten days from the date of the free CD is being shipped to avoid any additional chargesThe refund has already been issued to her and not in full amount as we need to deduct a fee to cover our cost for shipping and handling of the product which was $

The package for Mr [redacted] has already been shipped since November 7th and upon checking the tracking information, it is currently in transit to the destinationSo once he received it, he can return it back to us with a return authorization label issued
