Ms [redacted] obviously misunderstood how our program workedFirst of all, there is no obligation to purchase anythingWe provided full information about how our program works from the moment she took advantage our promotional offerShe was enrolled into auto ship program called Club-YBT and if the account is not being cancelled within days she will be automatically charged with $

Mr [redacted] took advantage of promotional Hypnotherapy CD to Quit Smoking for free and only paid $for shipping.He was given days to evaluate the CD and for us to hear his feedback but since we did not hear from him,that tells us that he found it helpful so automatically he got billed $ and shipped with additional set of CDs.There is no obligation to purchase anything as long as he cancel within the daysRegarding the complimentaryCD that he did not receive, he should have called us and let us know so we can take of it and reship him a new one

When MsC [redacted] took advantage of our promotion, it is clearly stated on our order page (as well as in our terms and conditions) that upon taking up our offer for the free cd, purchasers are also signing up for a recurring subscription for our other CD setsCustomers can cancel anytime and have a full days from their initial CD is shipped to cancel before their first monthly chargeIt also states that each box set has a monthly cost of $plus $for shipping and handlingMs [redacted] checked a box and acknowledged that he read and agreed to the terms of our promotion

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive and have the opportunity to examine the original CD for days as stated in the original agreement before your company sent out the next shipment, I then found the pending $charge on my cardCalled your company on August 10th and told rep I wanted my account cancelled immediately although I had not even received this so-called box of CD's that were supposed to have been shipped days later on the 12th I checked your website only to find that my account was still open and another shipment was set to be sent on Aug I cancelled my membership and cancelled my card!! I received the FIRST box package on Saturday, August 15th and called first thing on August requesting return slip to return everything which at this time is unopened The rep would not give me or email me the return informationInstead I received the attached emailWhere is my return information, I want my money back immediately! I read from many dissatisfied customers that if you do not get a return shipping number or label this company just ignores your return and they keep your money but they will not give you this information to return these itemsI then found after going to their website today that my account has been deleted! Mr [redacted] missed to cancel his subscription within the day period however he atttempted but was not able to meet the deadlineHe has already been billed from the moment he attempted to cancelThe customer insisted to get his refund immediately but we can't fulfill his request without following our process and procedure

Tried to call the customer to assist her to get the refund but it;s on a voicemail and left a message to call us back Awaiting a call back to process her refund Thank you

When calling our customer service line at [redacted] , make sure to press option to speak to a live representative so we can take care of the issueWith regards to the charge, the customer did not cancel the trial offer of the promotional CD that was paid for only $for shippingWhen taking advantage of the offer, the customer is enrolled into our automated subscription program called Club-YBT with days evaluation period and for us to hear the feedbackIf we do not hear from them, it tells us that they like the product then we proceed to charge $and shipped the first set of our series which consist of additional hypnotherapy titlesThe customer has a complete control if he/she wants to continue or if not, they can cancel and no further shipments and billings will occur
