We offered Mr [redacted] two options to either keep the CDs with $or send the package back with a full refund minus shipping and handling The $charged was already a reduced subscription rate from $per setHe then decided to keep the CDs and we issued him $good will credit Our trial offer started days from when the CD is shipped to cancel but we have not heard his feedback which tells us that he likes the product then the system automatically charged him $and shipped with additional CDsThere is no obligation to purchase anything as long as he cancel within days
As per our records and It was explained that she cancelled right after she was charged and the product was shipped The amount was discussed prior to the release of her refund.We have provided the customer the refund as per agreed.Thank you
When Mr [redacted] took advtantage of our offer for a free hypnotherapy CD which we normally retail for $30, he acknowledged that she understood why we were giving the CD away By taking the free CD, the user is enrolled into our auto ship program which starts shipping our CD box set, starting days after the free CD is shipped He could have avoided all charges by cancelling, but Mr [redacted] never called to cancel until after the Box set was shipped

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I made several more attempts and finally got in touch with someone and they refused to refund the charge from Sept 3, because I was told it has to be returned within daysI explained to the rep that the postage on the box is stamped Sept 6, and I did not receive the product until about a week after that and that is way less than days and the rep said "No, it needs to be returned with days of the charge." I didn't even know that my card was charged until I got my credit card statement a few days agoThis company is totally stealing from peopleCompanies like this should be prosecutedSincerely, [redacted]
