We respect the customer's opinion if that's what she thought about our company. Just to let her know, we are a very honest company and what we do is completely correct and legal.  Everyone has a freedom of speech and even concerns are addressed, at times comments such as those can remain so we choose to focus our attention on active customers.

I made several more attempts and finally got in touch with someone and they refused to refund the charge from Sept 3, 2016 because I was told it has to be returned within 30 days. I explained to the rep that the postage on the box is stamped Sept 6, 2016 and I did not receive the product until about a week after that and that is way less than 30 days and the rep said "No, it needs to be returned with 30 days of the charge." I didn't even know that my card was charged until I got my credit card statement a few days ago. This company is totally stealing from people. Companies like this should be prosecuted. We advised the customer from the moment he returns the package, he has to call us back and provide the tracking number so we can approve his refund but he did not call and follow up.

We were able to speak with the customer and explain the policy about refund.

We provided a full disclosure about our billing process to Ms. [redacted] from the moment she signed up and took advantage of our promotional CD offer and it was stated in our terms that she must cancel within ten days from the date of the free CD is being shipped to avoid any additional charges. The refund has already been issued to her and not in full amount as we need to deduct a fee to cover our cost for shipping and handling of the product which was $9.99.

Please call our customer service line at 888-955-1292, option 3 to speak to a live representative so we can take care of your issue.

This whole matter is out of control.  YourBetterTomorrpw can go ahead and bill me.  It will cost me $100 but it will cost YourBetterTomorrow far more than that when other innocent shoppers check out the company and [redacted] how unethical it is.  Dealing with them is like hitting one's head against a brick wall.  I don't know how long this complaint will stay on file but hopefully long enough to spare some other shopper the expense.  I, too, will tell anyone who asks that they should never deal with YourBetterTomorrow.  The customer service stinks, their product is useless, and like I said, they are highly unethical.  Their only purpose is to make a buck.

full 10 days from their initial CD is shipped to cancel before their first monthly charge. It also states that each box set has a monthly cost of $74.98 plus $9.99 for shipping and handling. Mr. [redacted] checked a box and acknowledged that he read and agreed to the terms of our promotion.      “Each volume consists of 4 new hypnotherapy titles in a beautiful box set. The cost of each volume is $74.98 plus $9.99 for shipping and handling. ’We also maintain customer service hours seven days a week for cancellation request.  Our current hours as posted on our website is as follows; Mon-Fri 5am-6pm, Sat-Sun 8am-5pm PST. The website is also available 24 hours a day to help our customers in handling their accounts.

The package for Mr. [redacted] has already been shipped since November 7th and upon checking the tracking information, it is currently in transit to the destination. So once he received it, he can return it back to us with a return authorization label issued.
