The pressure cooker bonus items arrived two days after I filed this complaint

as of yet I have NOT received a return label from Tristar Products in either my email address or “snail” mail L I called them TWICE last week and each time they said they were going to send me a return label to [redacted] My case # is [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Since I sent the original complaint, someone from copper chef called and told me that I had to pay the additional $before they would initiate any return and not turn me over to collection! So now there is an additional $that I have paid in addition to the first installment I was asking to be returned Regards, [redacted] ***

I purchased pairs of leggings and they are size 1x supposed to fit size 18-but my year old granddaughter who I was going to give them to could not even get them on and she is size I did call before my granddaughter tried them on they said they would return $ they returned $on 3-31-so I called them and on another transaction they gave me $back for a total of $well when Madison tried them on she could not get them on comfortable( to small that when I called them and they refused to help me out .They were advertised at and they promised for more I could upgrade so I did that and I dont know how my bill go tto$cant figure it out but I want a full refund of $back please help me with these unscrupulous people
