Review: I ordered 5 items which total $31.99 prior to shipping charges. I was offered a coupon code of "60off" on one of Tristar's website screens, which I applied and it resulted in one of the items changing to "free" and another item price changing from $8.00 to $7.99. I printed the screen, and the reduced items were not adding correctly - the final price still showed $39.99. I contacted an on-line agent, who said to wait to see if the email confirmation showed the correct prices. When I received the email, the total was still wrong ($39.99), but it clearly showed the "free item". I have emailed Tristar twice, and called them at ###-###-#### and asked to speak to a supervisor - I was placed on hold for an hour and no-one picked up my call. They are charging higher prices than what their website confirmation screen shows. They have two columns of pricing, and they don't match each other.Desired Settlement: Correct the pricing to match the initial coupon prices: $31.99

Review: Juicer is supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the motor. Motor had to be replaced within the 1st year; it has gone out again this year. We have been given the run around on a replacement. We called for a replacement and were told it was on the way. After 8 weeks we called again & were told it was on back order. We should receive it within a month It never came. Last month we received a card saying if they didn't get the card back within 2 weeks they would assume we no longer wanted to replace the motor. We mailed the card back(with verification of receipt). We called last week to see why we haven't received it yet and were told it is still on back order. I was told they didn't know how long it would be before they got anymore in.Desired Settlement: I would really like to get my replacement in a timely manner!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: First of all they stole their name from [redacted] wear so I THOUGHT that was what I was ordering only to find out Copper wear is NOT [redacted] wear. So I ordered 3 knee sleeves and 2 elbow sleeves and I went by their recommended size chart which is totally OFF. So I get my order and the size chart was COMPLETELY WRONG! So I sent everything back, except 1 knee sleeve because it was for a friend, and requested they send smaller sizes so they did and once AGAIN they were still to big but by now I found out they were fakes #1 and didnt like the product anyway for 2 so I sent them back and asked for a refund in a letter with the products. So they sent them back anyway, ignoring my wishes. So I called them and told them I didnt want ANY OF THEIR STUFF AND TO REFUND MY $. So they sent 2 knee sleeves back to me AGAIN FOR THE 3RD TIME even though I told them no. So they SAID they were going to refund my $ for the 2 sleeves and would refund the remaining 2 sleeves when I sent the other 2 back. Well they never did. So after 2 weeks I called back and they said they would refund the 2 sleeves and again said they would refund the other 2 sleeves when I sent them back. AND AGAIN AFTER 2 WEEKS NO REFUND so I wasnt going to send the other 2 back since they already refused to refund 2 already so why would they refund for 4? Now I still dont want the 2 sleeves I have. I want ALL MY $ BACK but Im not sending the other 2 back until I get the money for the first 2.Desired Settlement: I want all my $ back minus $15 for the sleeve I bought my friend and didnt return and I will return the other 2 sleeves they sent BACK to me after I told them I didnt want em.

To whom it may concern,Initial contact from the customer did request that the products be exchanged for different sizes. Pre paid label were issued to the customer for exchange purposes. The items were sent back, and the exchange was done in the sizing requested for the exchange. After the items had been through the exchange process the customer contact stating he would be returning the items for a refund. The items were ultimately returned back to our facility, passed the return time frame, therefore a refund was not processed to the account. After review of the order, we did apply a refund to the customer's account in the amount of $59.96 on 5/21/2015, the total amount for the items that were returned to us.

As of today, 5/23/15 no such refund has been deposited to my acct. Furthermore, its taken them OVER A YR TO DO SO????? I think some interest is in order. But regardless of interest or not the STILL HAS BEEN REFUND AND ILL GLADLY GIVE THE Revdex.com ACCESS TO MY ACCT TO PROVE IT.

Our billing department is in the process of issuing a refund check for the amount of the refund. My adress changed but of course I put in a change of address and get my mail forwarded. All these people do is say what they know u want to hear. They have now told me 3 times the checks in the mail and I have to ever see a check. But u can let them know I will not go away until I get my $.
