Revdex.comi find this email quite interesting that they said it has shipped out on the 13th but have not provided any tracking informationI also received a email directly from them yesterday saying the replacement was canceled and they was refunding me. so if it shipped out on the 13th am I getting a refund plus the replacement or are they lying about it ever being shipped out?

I am rejecting this response because: it does not address the issue I was told on the 7th that my package with the correct address would be shipped on the 10th! All of the other details are also not being acknowledged The response is basically a form reply telling me to wait 7-days which is inappropriate at this stage The street name error was on their part but even without that problem, the original shipment took way too long to fulfill and then the corrected shipment should have been sent out when promised Also, some apologies and price adjustments if not free products should be addressed
