I am rejecting this response because: As stated in the complaint, at the time of purchase, was told there would be one set of coupons per set of pans purchased. sets were ordered. Now trying to redeem the coupon offer and they are refusing to honor this and are only giving one set of coupons per order number

I am rejecting this response because: it does not take into consideration that returning the unit to them is no easy featAs I stated I am yrs oldI have by-lateral hip replacement, the unit is clumsy and heavy I do not have the original box and packing materials, I have no car, or anyone to do this for me, thepost office is over a mile away, I have to take a bus to get there-originally they were offering a post paid return sticker to cover the cost of the resend, they do not offer that nowI appreciate the desire on their part to approve the refund- but it does not address the above mentioned difficulties-I am willing to send them the cover and the power cord- to prove to them that I am not able to use the unitI still maintain that had I been notified in a timely manner that there was a back order delay I can assure all involved that I would have cancelled the order and thus would have been able to avoid all of thisMy proposal to james on 9/16/was that they send the replacement first so when I received it I would have that box and we could arrange the defective unit to be sent to them with the return postage sticker they were offering-james refused this and as I realized that there was no guaranty that this could all happen again(back order delay, defective product returning etc), I decided against replacementand wanted a refund

After review of this account, it shows the customer was refunded the $that was charged after the $credit was applied to the last paymentThis order was set up in payment of $33.33, when the customer contacted customer care the final payment of $was still dueAs the customer
agreed to get a credit of $(which is deducted from the last payment), the account was charged the remaining $balanceAt this time, this customer has been refunded the $as a courtesy, and $was not charged to the customerThis leaves a balance on the accountIf the customer would like a refund for the purchase price, the item will need to be returned back to our facilityAs a courtesy, we will accept the return even though the customer is past the day return time frame, and has agreed to a discount which made the item a final saleThe customer may return the unit, using the order number 21512-2***as the RA #Once the item is received back in our facility a refund will be applied to the accountWe strongly suggest obtaining a return tracking number as only items received back in our facility can be refunded.Thank you
