The product is defective and I feel the company should pay for the replacement partHaving to pay more money for a product that the company is obviously not confident about or the would not charge for a warranty and to ship there and backThis is a common problem with TristarI have seen the same complaints made against the companyI will no longer purchase anything from there companyI would like to be refunded for the product

RevDex.com, I have spoken with the company customer relations officer, she assured me the replacement product is on its wayShe emailed me the information showing the dates which it was sent out 1/24/She was very easy to deal with and apologized for the inconvenience she also advised me that their company was under new management and that the would be concentrating on their customers relations in order to better serve their customersAs long as the product arrives as promised I agree to close this complaint

But, this will be the third time the hose has been replaced for the same reason due to faulty constructionIf it occurs again, I want to option of simply getting a refund for the original sale indstead of continuously having it replaced
