To Whom it May Concern: I'm sorry for this inconvenience, yes we have already prepared the system to receive that product return, and yes we will be issuing a full refund If you are inquiring the information on the Tracking number that information isn't 100% accurate, as we handed the package over and it wouldn't show until they actually scan that package in, which sometimes takes a few hours or days at times But we are here to make our customers happy, so we will be issuing that refund. To Whom it May Concern: I'm sorry but this is the only solution for your problem If you are having trouble receiving these coupons by mail from the Value Plus Company you should consider just printing out the coupons that you choose(that is an option they offer) It would be a immediate transaction as opposed to having to wait for them to send the coupons out Unfortunately that is all I can propose, due to the fact that you do have to create a log in with them, we Tristar Products have no say when it comes to you being a Value Plus Customer. I am rejecting this response because: they attempted to charge my card times after my order was placed I am upset they had the nerve to try to use this card and on the last date, the money was in my bank account at 3:am! They said I had no funds! I did! I never received my order! They are lying to you and to me! I am going to allow you to document this poor business practice! I'd still like my 15% spandex Jeggings I called to verify my date of deposit It will be the 27th of February when my funds go into my acct if they need my card number again, they can call me on the 26th of Feb I don't believe they need it I'd again like overnight shipping for my inconvience! I do not remember the date I purchased this product however I did use it for the first time and it fell apart within minutesThey can replace it however I won't hold my breath as to how well it will functioningWe shall see
