Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/20) */
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. We should explain that we are an online resale marketplace, which means we...

do not own or generate ticketsinstead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue."
It's difficult to understand why Mr. [redacted] believed he was purchasing tickets directly from [redacted] Brands [redacted] because the above disclaimer and our branding clearly show that we are not affiliated with any venue or other ticket marketplace. And, while Ms. [redacted] takes issue with the fact that the prices of their tickets exceeded those advertised by the venue, our sales terms clearly state that prices may be above face value. Furthermore, our checkout process gave him multiple opportunities to examine the full details of his order.
When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded text. Mr. [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditionsvisible in a text box below this order totaland presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Mr. [redacted]'s case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $170.95, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr. [redacted] clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order.
Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase processfrom a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. While we regret Ms. [redacted]'s frustration, her husband was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our site. While we maintain no error was made on our end, Ms. [redacted] was offered a refund of all of the fees on the order as definitive resolution - and she accepted. As Ms. and Mr. [redacted] were in possession of the tickets in time for the event and they accepted a discount to resolve their concerns, we consider this matter resolved. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome her to contact us.
Thank you

Thank you for your response regarding this matter. Though Mr. [redacted] continues to press forward, as we previously mentioned, we are unable to cancel his order due to the agreed upon terms during checkout.

Mr. [redacted] expressed concern regarding the delivery of his tickets to which we would like to provide clarification. When Mr. [redacted] selected the tickets he was interested in located in Section: 24 Row: D, there was a message displayed stating that the estimated In-Hand Date for these tickets were 5/21/2017 via email delivery. Due to the nature of our business, this date is set by individual sellers and is often dependent upon the primary market's release of the tickets, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation. This information was clearly presented to Mr. [redacted] before he submitted his order.

As we previously stated, we offered Mr. [redacted] with a resolution, stepping outside of the agreed upon terms in an effort to reach a resolution, though Mr. [redacted] has declined this offer. As such, we believe we have adequately addressed Mr. [redacted]'s concerns and at this time we consider this matter closed.

Tickets-Center

Thank you for your response regarding this matter. Although Mr. [redacted] continues to press forward, Tickets-Center maintains that all order details are presented prior to entering any payment information. Additionally, although Mr. [redacted]  has indicated that he did not navigate to the checkout page where his order total was displayed, no order can be placed without the customer having been brought to this page. This page presents customers with a complete itemized order breakdown, then prompts the customer to enter billing information, and finally requires the customer to select a box signifying their agreement to the terms. The order total is also reiterated directly above the Place Order button which must be selected to submit an order. As we have fully addressed Mr. [redacted]'s concerns, we consider this matter closed. If Mr. [redacted] has additional concerns regarding this order we encourage him to contact our customer service.Regards,Tickets-Center

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted] concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate...

transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The webpage is distinctly unique from those of other sites. Directly on the top of every ticket listing page it clearly states, " A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout. This site not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value." Ms. [redacted] then selected a listing for Moody Blues and continued to review a summary page. Here customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Ms. [redacted] was prompted to provide an email address and continued to the final checkout page. On this checkout page Ms. [redacted] was presented with a complete itemized breakdown of her order on the left-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $474.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Below this order total, Ms. [redacted] was presented with the message, "Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. Prices in USD." Ms. [redacted] was then required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Directly above the "Place Order" button, the order total was reiterated in bold text stating, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $474.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" and Ms. [redacted] proceeded to place her order. In regards to Ms. [redacted]'s concerns regarding the face value of her tickets, as a secondary marketplace Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. This means the prices listed on our site are done so by the individual sellers, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments of a range of market factors. This fact is stated throughout the checkout process. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Ms. [redacted] placed her order on 3/1/2017 and received her valid tickets on 3/2/2017 prior to her event on 7/2/2017. Prior to receiving this claim we spoke with Ms. [redacted] to throughly address her concerns. At this time we offered a courtesy resolution in the interest of customer service though this offer was declined. As Ms. [redacted] was adequately notified in regards to the nature of her purchase, we currently consider this matter closed. Should Ms. [redacted] have any additional concerns regarding her order we encourage her to contact our customer service.Regards,Tickets-Center

transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Though Mr. [redacted] has stated he was unaware of this, the top of every listing page clearly states “A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout. This site is not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value.” Mr. [redacted] indicated that we do not properly advertise the policy and prices; this should be noted as inaccurate. When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets to “The Flaming Lips” and navigated to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price of $438.95 in bold text. Below this order summary it clearly reiterates “Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. Prices in USD.” Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. This fact is stated throughout the checkout process. Additionally, this information was clarified for Mr. [redacted] when he contacted us on 12/07/2016 after placing his order on 10/30/2016. In addition to this current claim, Mr. [redacted] has filed a dispute with his financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process, we are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open. As such, we consider this matter closed and encourage Mr. [redacted] to contact his financial institution with any questions regarding its process or outcome. Regards, Tickets-Center

We encourage Ms. [redacted] to review the confirmation email she received and provide any proof of purchase to assist in the matter, or to contact the appropriate...

entity regarding her concerns. Regards, Tickets-Center

Thank you for your response regarding this matter. Although Mr. [redacted] continues to press forward with this matter, Tickets-Center maintains that he was sufficiently notified of our policy with the statement: “All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.” This policy is a common occurrence in the secondary marketplace. Because customers are purchasing tickets from individual sellers, not Tickets-Center, once an order is placed we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. In regards to Mr. [redacted] concerns regarding his order total we would like to provide clarification. Since customers are purchasing tickets from individual sellers who set the prices at which the tickets are listed for, the majority of the sale for any ticket sold on our site goes directly to the seller, not Tickets-Center.As we have adequately addressed Mr. [redacted] concerns, we consider this matter closed. If Mr. [redacted] has any additional questions regarding his order we welcome him to contact our customer service department.Regards,Tickets-Center

Do not purchase tickets from this online seller - they switch your ticket request on checkout screen to dates & times you didn't choose - beware of the switch - they won't correct it or refund your money.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
We believe the information they provided the Revdex.com is not accurate.
We don’t know if they are valid tickets.  We attempted to post them on a reputable ticket site and they would not accept the electronic tickets.  They indicated they 'could not be read'.
We still do not know the breakdown of the price of the tickets sold as our emailed receipt did not indicate this information, it was just a total amount.  The service fee that they MAY have charged was not made known before the purchase, a total was not given before checkout, seats were not able to be selected by the buyer, and we did not have an opportunity to agree or disagree with the terms of purchase.  Its seems like a glitch in their system jumped directly to our bank account, which we believe is fraudulent.  Reading the online reviews, this “glitch” seems to happen frequently.  We did not know the total amount until we received the above mentioned email and then verifying with our bank the amount that was charged to our account.
Sincerely,
Kathi [redacted]

Thank you for getting back to us regarding this issue. While [redacted] continues to press forward with this issue, we are not, due to the nature of our business, able to offer refunds once a sale has been completed and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy; because the seller received notice that their tickets were sold the moment the order was placed, we are unable to honor this request. Tickets Center is an e-commerce platform that works with professional resellers who hold tickets to live events. We do not produce or sell tickets ourselves, rather we act as an intermediary between ticket holders and customers. We must also note that the greatest portion of the order was paid to the seller: as such, asking the seller for a refund would be unfair and in violation of the Sales Terms and Conditions that [redacted] agreed to during checkout. It should be noted that in addition to this current claim, [redacted] has also filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding this order. We are unable to assist with any other standing issues from a customer-service perspective while this dispute is currently active. If [redacted] has any additional concerns they would like to discuss, they are welcome to reach out to our customer service department.Regards,Tickets Center

font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; border: 0px;">Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. Ms. [redacted] has stated that she believed she was purchasing through the website of the venue, or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally different from these other sites. Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Directly across the top of our homepage it states: "We display secondary market tickets. Not affiliated with any box office or official website." Prior to Ms. [redacted] selecting the tickets she was interested in, the following additional message was prominently displayed on the ticket listing page: "Tickets not guaranteed to ship immediately. A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout. This site not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value." After selecting the tickets she was interested in and before entering any payment information, Ms. [redacted] was shown this large-print message on the Checkout screen: "Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. Prices in USD."
With regard to Ms. [redacted]'s statement that her tickets differed in price from their primary-market, or "face," value, it should be noted that this is a common occurrence in our industry. Tickets-Center operates on the secondary market, meaning that all tickets available for purchase on our site are owned and priced by individual ticket sellers, rather than by our company. These prices are set at the discretion of the individual ticket sellers—not by Tickets-Center—and are based on those sellers' assessments of changing factors, such as customer demand. This information is presented at the top of every ticket listing page on our website, as well as during checkout.
Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned by individual sellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer cancellations and must adhere to an "all sales are final" policy—a standard throughout the industry. This policy is disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”
Regarding Ms. [redacted]’s claim that she was not made aware of the order total or details prior to purchase, it should be noted that this is inaccurate. Our website is user-driven, and no order can be placed without the customer having been made aware of all order and pricing details. When Ms. [redacted] selected the tickets she was interested in, she was taken to our Checkout page. From there, she was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold text. Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and checked a box signifying her agreement with this statement. During this process, Ms. [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of the tickets, the delivery and service fees, and the total charge in bold text. This information was available for review by Ms. [redacted] before she proceeded to enter any payment information and complete her order.
Tickets-Center has fully adhered to the terms and conditions that were agreed to prior to checkout, and has upheld our 100% Money Back Guarantee. Additionally, we have discussed this matter with Ms. [redacted] by phone and offered to provide a resolution to this matter that was amicable to both parties. However, Ms. [redacted] declined this resolution, indicating that she is now satisfied with the purchase. If Ms. [redacted] would like to discuss a resolution to this matter, or if she has any further questions or concerns regarding this matter, we encourage her to reach out to our customer service team. As it presently stands, we consider this matter resolved.
Regards,
Tickets-Center

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.

Though Mr. [redacted] states he believed he was purchasing directly from the venue, our site provides customers with ample information clarifying that we are a secondary marketplace with no affiliation to any venue. On the top of every ticket listing page it states, “All seats together unless noted. A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout. This site not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value.” This fact is also stated on every event listing and checkout page.

On 12/18/2016 Mr. [redacted] viewed tickets for the Minnesota Lynx at Connecticut Sun event on 5/26/2017. After selecting the tickets Mr. [redacted] was interested in, he navigated to our checkout page. Here, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and his order total in bold text. Below this, Mr. [redacted] was presented with the message, “Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. Prices in USD. Tickets purchased in a single listing will be seated together, unless otherwise noted by the seller.” Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”

In regard to Mr. [redacted]’s concern with the price of tickets on the primary market, or face value, it should be noted that since we operate as a secondary marketplace that serves as an intermediary between sellers and customers, all ticket prices are set by the sellers, not Tickets-Center. The price listed on our site is based on individual sellers’ assessment of a range of market factors. This is noted throughout the purchase process.

Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

Prior to receiving this complaint we were in contact with Mr. [redacted] to clarify this information. We also offered a resolution to Mr. [redacted] in an attempt to resolve this matter in the interest of customer service, though Mr. [redacted] has declined this offer. As Mr. [redacted] was adequately notified he was purchasing from the secondary market and agreed to our sales terms, we consider this matter closed.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
This company is a scam and denies everything. The tickets were in violation of the parent company and cannot be resold and illegal. Consequently, the company is scamming on consumers. I sent them back via [redacted].

Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.

The security of our customers’ information is of the utmost importance, as such, Tickets-Center has an entire department dedicated to verifying that every transaction is authorized by the card holder. Ms. [redacted] order was placed on 12/12/2016 at 7:50 PM CST for a Lionel Richie with Mariah Carey event. As we were assured that Ms. [redacted] authorized this order, she immediately received her valid tickets. Ms. [redacted] then contacted us on 12/13/2016 at approximately 11:25 AM CST, after confirming personal information with which her order was placed, she stated that she did not intend to place this order. At this time, our agent explained that our site is user-driven meaning no order can be placed without the customer having agreed to our sales terms. To clarify, after selecting tickets in Section: Floor Right, Row: 1, Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. As Tickets-Center is confident this was an authorized transaction and Ms. [redacted] originally indicated that she had placed the order unintentionally in addition to verifying billing and order details, we consider this matter closed. We encourage Ms. [redacted] to contact us with any additional concerns she may have.

Regards,

Tickets-Center

Thank you for getting back to us regarding this issue. Although Ms. [redacted] continues to press forward with this issue, we are not able to offer refunds once a sale has been completed and must adhere to the “all sales are final” policy that Ms. [redacted] agreed to at checkout. As mentioned in our previous response, the Estimated Ship Date for these tickets was presented prior to purchase. Due to the transparent nature of our checkout process, Tickets-Center maintains that Ms. [redacted] was not misled regarding any details of her purchase. Delivery date is dependent upon when the tickets are printed and released by the venue, and is therefore outside our purview. As a courtesy, we upgraded Ms. [redacted] shipping to overnight delivery, at no additional charge, so she may receive them as soon as possible.
In regards to Ms. [redacted]’s claim about the order total for her tickets, it should be noted that she was shown an in-depth order summary at checkout that displayed the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge. As Tickets-Center is a secondary marketplace, we are not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and do not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. The prices of tickets on our site are set by the individual ticket sellers in accordance with their assessments of a range of market factors such as customer demand.
Tickets-Center has fully adhered to our 100% Money Back Guarantee, and has further reached out to Ms. [redacted] in an attempt to provide a resolution to this matter, but has been unsuccessful in reaching her. If Ms. [redacted] has any additional concerns she would like to discuss, she is welcome to reach out to our customer service department. As it stands, we consider this matter closed.

Tickets-Center

Thank you for your response. Though Mr. [redacted] claims that the price relating to his order was not adequately displayed, Tickets-Center maintains that all order totals are sufficiently displayed twice in bold text prior to placing any order. This provides customers with sufficient opportunity to review the details of their order.Mr. [redacted] has indicated that the sales terms and conditions were not presented to him prior to purchase, as we previously clarified, this is inaccurate. Prior to placing the order, Mr. [redacted] was presented with the statement, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above.” Customers are able to select “sales terms and conditions” here which presents them with the full Policies and Terms of Use. These policies clarify that confirmed orders may be filled with comparable or upgraded tickets. This is a rare occurrence and typically takes place only if the seller no longer has those tickets available. Additionally, the “all sales are final” policy we must adhere to was prominently displayed above the check box which must be selected to place an order. In relation to Mr. [redacted] concerns regarding reselling we would like to provide clarification. There are a number of reputable online ticket resale sites which allow for customers to list their tickets, at their desired price, and resell following all e-commerce regulations. Though Mr. [redacted] has indicated that this process would not be legal is incorrect.Mr. [redacted] has claimed that he and his wife were unable to speak to a manager; however, when they contact us on 2/24/2017 they spoke with a customer service manager who addressed these concerns. As we have fully addressed Mr. [redacted] concerns and attempted to resolve this matter, we consider this closed. Should Mr. [redacted] or his wife have additional concerns, we welcome them to contact our customer service department.Regards,Tickets-Center

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. Tickets-Center appreciates the opportunity to address Ms. [redacted] concerns. As Ms. [redacted] stated, the order total was shown prior to checkout. Directly above the order total Ms. [redacted] was presented with an itemized breakdown...

including the price per ticket, all fees, followed by the order total of $106.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Ms. [redacted] stated that our manager refused to refund her purchase, to this we would like to provide clarification. As a resale marketplace, Tickets-Center does not own or generate tickets. We merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Since customers are purchasing tickets from individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. As such, when Ms. [redacted] placed her order on 10/28 at 11:15 PM CST the order was immediately confirmed at 11:16 PM and an order confirmation email was delivered to her. Ms. [redacted] expressed that she believed she was purchasing from the venue or event itself. However, our branding is intentionally different from those of other sites. On the top of every listing page it states, "Tickets not guaranteed to ship immediately. A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout. This site not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value." Once Ms. [redacted] selected tickets, on the checkout page below order total she was also presented with the message, "We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. Prices in USD." This information was provided to Ms. [redacted] when she contacted us the morning of 10/29. As Ms. [redacted] received her valid and authentic tickets, prior to her event on 11/19, we consider this matter closed. If Ms. [redacted] has any additional concerns, we encourage her to contact a member of our customer service team. Regards, Tickets-Center

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:What you have said in your response was not truthful. The tickets I clicked on did not say 12/18/16 or I would not have purchased them. I told you that when I called. Thank you for refunding me $14.95 for shipping but under the circumstances below, it doesn't help much.  On Monday I had to call ticket sales to speak to a real person. I was then quoted ticket prices for the same section orchestra by [redacted], $277.00 when I paid $790.00 to add insult to injury. If you think your new business will be successful by taking advantage people on the internet that are trusting you like I did, it won't be long until you are out of business. I'm sorry for all the others you have treated this way.
Blessings,
Sharon [redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/09) */
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted] concerns. We should explain that we are an online resale marketplace, which means we do not...

own or generate tickets--instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We display secondary market tickets. This site is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with any official box office or official website."
While we understand that Mr. [redacted] believed he was purchasing tickets directly from Ryman Auditorium and Ticketmaster, the above disclaimer and our branding clearly show that we are not affiliated with any venue or other ticket marketplace. And, while Mr. [redacted] contends he was misled about the price per ticket and order total - our checkout process gave him multiple opportunities to examine the full details of his order. Furthermore, we facilitate thousands of successful transactions each day with satisfied customers who are fully aware of their order total and price per ticket, so we are confident in the transparency and fairness of our checkout process.

When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded text. Mr. [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions--visible in a text box below this order total--and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Mr. [redacted] case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $686.95, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr. [redacted] clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order.
Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process--from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. While we regret Mr. [redacted] frustration, he was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our site. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome him to contact us.
Thank you
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/15) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The entity is incorrect in stating that their site clearly labels anything. It is very misleading that you are paying for a per ticket price until you check out. Further, it is very misleading while tickets are being sold on the valid ticket master site for face value that you somehow end up on this scam site and are tricked into purchasing one ticket for the price you could purchase 4 valid tickets at ticket master.
After being deceived by their trickery, I immediately - within minutes of the transaction being disclosed, called them to complain and seek a refund. After being on hold for almost one hour, I was finally able to talk with a manager and told no refunds, but that I could offer my tickets to them to "resell." I told her I refused to participate in their scam any more than I already had.
To indicate what a scam this company is, all someone needs to do is scroll this site and the internet for complaints. There is even a domain, tickets-center.pissedconsumer.com to lodge complaints against this entity.
I have now notified the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General of IL the Attorney General of TN, the Division of Consumer Affairs of TN, the Commerce and Insurance Dept of TN and IL.
I refuse to drop this issue and intend to pursue every legal remedy available to me. If this was a reputable company, they would be concerned with their customer service and address complaints. Instead, every answer is the same - sorry. Buyer Beware if you can - do not allow this company to deceive you.

Revdex.com:
