I am rejecting this response because: The company offered me a refund of $for my troubles I did not accept the $refund and requested that I immediately receive the tickets as they have received the payment in fullThe representative advised that the "seller" would release them to the company and forwarded to me on or before September At no time did I say I was satisfied with the resolutionAfter our discussion on September 12, I looked at my receipt again and found that the "seller" is committed to procuring my tickets after my order is confirmed, however the seats may not be in the same zone or selection listed on the receipt and could be in a comparable zone A purchase of or more tickets may mean the tickets are split upIf I read this correctly the "seller" was not in possession of the tickets and they were "hoping" that they would get my selected area and therefore when I sent my email at 7:on Sept my transaction could have been cancelledAt 7:pm on Sept 7, my purchase was confirmed by the companyAt this time I don't know if my tickets were in the section and row I believed I was getting I have spoken to the Norsk Hostfest organization and they advised when an individual purchases tickets from their official site and choose the email option they are delivered immediately to their emailThey also advised that if the tickets we mailed to an individual they would be an actual printed ticket and therefore if the ticket is scanned and emailed to me they would not guarantee the ticketsThey did ask that I bring the tickets in so they can tell me if they will honor them as well as when they were purchased by the ticket numberThe will also be able to know who sold the ticketsThey are aware of the price the "seller" charged as well as the fees associated with the purchaseThey are a non profit organization and it is unfortunate that "sellers" are profiting in this wayUnfortunately, everyone is out to make a quick buckI know it is illegal in most states to sell tickets above face value at the venue...not sure why it is legal to essentially scalp tickets on lineI would like my tickets to be sent to me immediately.

I purchased tickets for an 8/29/concert for my daughter and her friendsI knew the tickets could be a bit inflated but wanted to secure the tickets because Ticketmaster wasn't selling them yet for the general publicBut at the very end of the purchase process, they socked me with a $service fee! After that they tell me I cannot get my tickets until two days before the concert!!! After reading these other Revdex.com reviews I realize may not get my tickets at all! Other reputable sites deliver tickets immediately upon purchase! I asked for a refund and they will not grant thatMy credit card company (Bank of America) and Paypal tell me they cannot dispute the chargeIt's a complete scamA friend ended up purchasing tickets at Ticketmaster for the same seating type for HALF the money Tickets-Center.com chargedTheir business practices are criminalAs a result I'm unable to sell the tickets and recoup my money because I don't have tickets in hand to complete the transactionI have contacted the Attorney General's office

Customer service won't even help you and they will not give your money back we try to credit their website so you'll have to come back to them and they sell you the wrong tickets and they say it's your fault and there's nothing they could do for you

While we understand that Ms*** believed she was purchasing tickets directly from Virginia Theatre, the above disclaimer and our branding clearly show that we are not affiliated with any venue or other ticket marketplaceAnd, while Ms*** takes issue with the fact that the prices of her tickets exceeded those advertised by the venue, our sales terms clearly state that prices may be above face valueFurthermore, our checkout process gave her multiple opportunities to examine the full details of her order
When Ms*** selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded textMs*** was then directed to review our terms and conditionsvisible in a text box below this order totaland presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, she was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above,"" and a check box that she needed to click to continue with checkoutBelow this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Ms***'s case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $432.95, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Ms*** clicked this button, she signified her acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed her order
Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase processfrom a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." I still am not happy at all the way this is handled! I know what was in your contract and have never gotten tickets online before and never will again if this is what I run intoThe seats that have been issued to me are not good seats and there are plenty more available seats than what this company says because I went directly to the theater and checkedI won't continue any further with this because I'm sure your company has this all figured out legally or you wouldn't be in big business! I will never refer your company to anyone and will give you poor references as that is about all I can do! I can only hope that some day someone with more pull and money can fight businesses such as yours and run you out of business! Very poor!
I don't care what your clauses and contract say when you refuse to give customers money back that pretty much says what kind of business you people really run!

Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because: Tickets-center.com does not post its purchase policy prior or during the purchase process. The misrepresentation is that Tickets-center.com provides an seat map indicating seats and charges a premium for access to those seatsIt is only on the receipt that there is a statement that "the requested tickets may sometimes be replaced with comparable tickets to the same event." It is only after the transaction that we realized that those seats we selected were not booked as we searched on a separate site for additional tickets for friendsAt that point we contacted customer care, but were stonewalled and provided no opportunity to speak with a supervisor when requestedThis initiated our research which came up with many listings with the Revdex.com noted multiple purchaser that didn't receive the seats they ordered. Looking further on the primary website Tickets-center.com, and not the linking website from where we directed initially via google search for *** ***, is it is only stated by drilling into the About link, that Ticket-center.com has the right to change or provide comparable seats to that which you orderedWhen reading further on the "About" page, this is actually the Purchase PolicyThese policies needs to be clearly stated up front prior and consented agreement prior to purchase as it contains legal language that is not included at the time of transaction and binds without consent or agreement of the purchasing party prior to purchase. The legal language in this policy requests agreement and assurances that are unknown to the purchaser at the time of purchaseAdding the guarantee and the purchase being final on the pages doesn't cover the scope or intensity of the legal agreement a purchaser is entering.In addition, this leaves a legal issue with the buyers ability to resell, gift or other transference of tickets legally. These policies are prohibitive if one desires to sell the tickets for whatever the justification on a legitimate website. When contacting customer care via email and phone, they were unable to offer care and offered no option for speaking with a manager upon requestThen they would not offer and additional information on the company when askedThey stated that they were had multiple ownersFor the price of the tickets and the charges for services there is a severe amount of unclear and unavailable legal protection and posturing for tickets that seller (Tickets-center.com) does not own or can faithfully represent even with all the legal languageGiven the potential timing of refund for all parties and their source for tickets, I urge a quick refund of the tickets.
