Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matterAt Tickets-Center, we value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to address this matterTickets-Center is a secondary ticket marketplace, meaning that we are not affiliated with any artist or venue; rather, we simply facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersWhile we do not own or generate any tickets, we do process thousands of successful orders each day—and each order is given the full protection of our 100% Money Back GuaranteeThis guarantee ensures that any tickets purchased on our marketplace will be valid for entry to the event—and that if tickets are found to be invalid, the customer will receive a full refundAs part of our commitment to maintain this high standard, we carefully screen each seller to ensure that their listings are legitimate and distributed properlyHowever, because the hundreds of sellers on our network process thousands of orders each day, errors do occur in some extremely rare casesAfter investigating this matter, we have determined that Mr [redacted] order was one such caseTickets-Center has been in contact with Mr [redacted] and both parties have found an amicable resolutionAs such, this matter has been resolved, and we hope that Mr [redacted] will consider Tickets-Center for his future event ticket needsIf Mr [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we welcome them to contact a member of our customer service teamRegards, Tickets-Center

On 12/8/I purchased tickets to a festival from Tickets-Center.comThe site was listed first in a [redacted] search for tickets to the festivalAfter purchasing the tickets, I found out I had paid over 200% what the real tickets cost on the official festival site, plus an added service fee over $200.00! I went back to the site and it clearly reads at the top, "Money Back Guarantee" and the statement of tickets being non-refundable is not visible, but only found after clicking on a “Questions Answered” option on the right side of the screenWithin minutes I called the 800# to Tickets-Center.com and spoke with the manager, asking to cancel the order and to issue a refund I was told the tickets are non-refundable and that this was stated on the site in "fine print." The manager said they could not help me, but offered to refund $200, which I declined as being very unfair When I asked why the tickets were so expensive, they said I was purchasing "second party" tickets, and although I disputed this with them, they would not help me The advertising is deceptive and they are scalpersI then called my credit card company (within the hour) and the charge is now under dispute to hopefully be reversed They will first contact the merchant to see if the purchase was valid, and of course they'll say it was valid - they're crooks! I will be surprised to get backing from the card company, and am afraid the site is going to keep ripping people offIt is engineered to do exactly that, but but they have it covered legally Very tricky

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that their site is misleading but that there is no way to rectify the issue any further. I am not a satisfied customer and will not use your services or suggest that other use the services in the future, however legally there is nothing that can be done to fix the issue now, and their customer service department is unwilling to work with a customer in anyway. Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for reaching out to usAt Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address Ms [redacted] concernsIt should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersAnd yet while Tickets-Center does not own or generate tickets, we carefully screen each seller to ensure that their listings are legitimate and delivered properlyIn the highly rare event that we receive a report of tickets not being delivered, Tickets-Center acts quickly to address the matterOn the night of Ms [redacted] event, she notified us of an issue retrieving her tickets at will call -- though the tickets were available under her name, she stated that the venue was requesting additional information from her before releasing the ticketsAfter retrieving the accurate details from the individual seller we attempted multiple times to contact Ms [redacted] to provide that additional informationHowever, we were unable to reach her by phonePrior to receiving this complaint, we had already attempted to come to an amicable resolution with Ms [redacted] ; however, she declined and instead opened a dispute through her financial institutionThis issue is now being resolved through that formal dispute process; we are unable to provide a resolution to this matter outside of that formal processIf Ms [redacted] has any questions about that process or its outcome, we encourage her to contact her financial institutionRegards, Tickets-Center

Thank you for reaching out to us, as we at Tickets Center appreciate the opportunity to address a customer’s concernsOn 02/16/2016, Ms [redacted] purchased tickets to see Janet Jackson on 05/21/This event was later postponed by the artist for a later dateIt should be noted that Ms [redacted] typically would not be able to receive a refund for a postponed event per the agrepolicies at checkoutThis policy is in place to ensure that the customer can attend the event they originally selectedIn some cases, people may want a refund for these postponed eventsWe consider delays and the likelihood of the rescheduled event in order to be responsive to our customersAs such, we have been able to resolve this matter with Ms [redacted] If Ms [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we welcome her to contact our customer service teamRegards,Tickets Center

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attentionAt Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address Ms [redacted] ’s concernsIt should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers Though Ms [redacted] has indicated that he was redirected to our site, we have no affiliation with any venueDirectly on the top of every ticket listing page it states, “A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkoutThis site is not affiliated with any venueTickets may be above face value.” Ms [redacted] then selected the listing which specified, “Section: [redacted] Row: [redacted] Email Delivery: 2/3/2017.” Once these tickets were selected, Ms [redacted] navigated to our checkout page where she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bold textBelow this, the statement, “Please note: We are an independent resale marketplaceTicket prices may exceed face valuePriced in USD” was reiteratedMs [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkoutDirectly below this the message, “By clicking ‘Place Order,’ your credit card will be charged $which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees” was presented to Ms [redacted] Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” As noted throughout our site, the price Ms [redacted] agreed to pay for her [redacted] Circus tickets may be above face value, a common occurrence in the industryAs a secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center does not own tickets; therefore, we do not set the price of the ticketsInstead, the prices of tickets listed on our site are set by individual sellers based on their personal assessments of a range of factors including customer demandIn addition to this, the delivery date is set by the sellers as wellIt is often dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliationThough Ms [redacted] was provided the estimated In-Hand Date of 2/3/2017, tickets often become available prior to this dateSince our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industryAs Ms [redacted] was provided sufficient opportunity to understand the nature of her purchase, we consider this matter closedThis is the first we are hearing from Ms [redacted] regarding her order; as such, we encourage Ms [redacted] to contact our customer service should she have any additional concernsRegards, Tickets-Center

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/20) */ Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Ms [redacted] 's concernsWe should explain that we are an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate ticketsinstead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue." It's difficult to understand why Mr [redacted] believed he was purchasing tickets directly from [redacted] Brands [redacted] because the above disclaimer and our branding clearly show that we are not affiliated with any venue or other ticket marketplaceAnd, while Ms [redacted] takes issue with the fact that the prices of their tickets exceeded those advertised by the venue, our sales terms clearly state that prices may be above face valueFurthermore, our checkout process gave him multiple opportunities to examine the full details of his order When Mr [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded textMr [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditionsvisible in a text box below this order totaland presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkoutBelow this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Mr [redacted] 's case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $170.95, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr [redacted] clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase processfrom a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refundsWhile we regret Ms [redacted] 's frustration, her husband was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our siteWhile we maintain no error was made on our end, Ms [redacted] was offered a refund of all of the fees on the order as definitive resolution - and she acceptedAs Msand Mr [redacted] were in possession of the tickets in time for the event and they accepted a discount to resolve their concerns, we consider this matter resolvedIf Ms [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome her to contact us Thank you

The entity is incorrect in stating that their site clearly labels anythingIt is very misleading that you are paying for a per ticket price until you check outFurther, it is very misleading while tickets are being sold on the valid ticket master site for face value that you somehow end up on this scam site and are tricked into purchasing one ticket for the price you could purchase valid tickets at ticket master After being deceived by their trickery, I immediately - within minutes of the transaction being disclosed, called them to complain and seek a refundAfter being on hold for almost one hour, I was finally able to talk with a manager and told no refunds, but that I could offer my tickets to them to "resell." I told her I refused to participate in their scam any more than I already had To indicate what a scam this company is, all someone needs to do is scroll this site and the internet for complaintsThere is even a domain, tickets-center.pissedconsumer.com to lodge complaints against this entity I have now notified the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General of IL the Attorney General of TN, the Division of Consumer Affairs of TN, the Commerce and Insurance Dept of TN and IL I refuse to drop this issue and intend to pursue every legal remedy available to meIf this was a reputable company, they would be concerned with their customer service and address complaintsInstead, every answer is the same - sorryBuyer Beware if you can - do not allow this company to deceive you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We believe the information they provided the Revdex.com is not accurate We don’t know if they are valid tickets We attempted to post them on a reputable ticket site and they would not accept the electronic tickets They indicated they 'could not be read' We still do not know the breakdown of the price of the tickets sold as our emailed receipt did not indicate this information, it was just a total amount The service fee that they MAY have charged was not made known before the purchase, a total was not given before checkout, seats were not able to be selected by the buyer, and we did not have an opportunity to agree or disagree with the terms of purchase Its seems like a glitch in their system jumped directly to our bank account, which we believe is fraudulent Reading the online reviews, this “glitch” seems to happen frequently We did not know the total amount until we received the above mentioned email and then verifying with our bank the amount that was charged to our accountSincerely, Kathi [redacted]
