Thank you for contacting us regarding the concerns of Ms [redacted] We appreciate the opportunity to address this matterTickets Center operates on the secondary market, which means we do not own or generate tickets as a primary box office—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersTo this end, we are committed to providing the best possible customer service and maintaining a simple, transparent checkout process.Though Ms [redacted] claim is unclear, we believe she may be referring to the show time of the event, in which case, we would like to provide clarificationOur website is completely user-driven, meaning all order details is information either selected or inputted by the customer while placing their orderWhen Ms [redacted] viewed our website, she selected an event listing page for [redacted] Circus at 4:PM on 2/4/Once selected, she navigated to the ticket listing page where the event name, date, and time are reiterated and Ms [redacted] chose two tickets for Section: [redacted] Row: *She continued to the order summary page that displayed her event and ticket informationAfter she input her email address, she continued to our Checkout page that featured an even more in-depth itemized breakdown of all ticket information and pricing details, such as the price per ticket, delivery and service fees, and total charge of $in bold textMs [redacted] was required to input all necessary billing and shipping information and review her order.Since we do not own any inventory of the tickets listed for sale on our website, we are unable to provide customers with exchanges or refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industryMs [redacted] indicated that if an error occurs with a customer’s order we do not act to remedy the situation, though this is inaccurateAs stated in our policies and terms of use, “When an error is found in processing your order, you will be notified of the error and provided with available options, including the option of cancelling your order.” However, as Ms [redacted] order did not undergo any errors, she does not qualify for a refund.Ms [redacted] placed her order on 1/27/and received her valid tickets via email on 2/2/for her to print and bring to her event that took place on 2/4/As Ms [redacted] received the valid tickets for the event she selected, and her event has since passed, we consider this matter closedIf Ms [redacted] has any additional questions, we encourage her to reach out to our customer service department

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although I disputed the transaction, the company sent information, which the bank then reversed the credit and re-charged the transaction to my account.Further, I attempted to contact the company to cancel the order prior to receiving a confirmation At that point the tickets were not in process As I stated previously, I have not opened the email, or the attachment, that the company claims are the tickets I will not be opening the email, thus the tickets are still available for resale In addition, the price of the ticket sold was times that amount that the tickets are selling for on the venue's actual website ($compared to $57) not including the $fee per each ticket Sincerely, Stephanie [redacted]

We went to what we thought was the venue email address and was rerouted to this website to purchase ticketsWe purchased tickets for [redacted] and there were no indications this was a 3rd party sellerTickets cost $for and the face value is We immediately called and were told they could do nothing and they had items all over the site indicating it was a 3rd party sellerAbsolutely notThey wanted to give us a $purchase toward a new purchase and I was adamant we would not do business and we would dispute the chargeIn addition to the our seats are still showing up on line as availableThis business is an utter sham and should be shut down by [redacted] or the real companies that sell ticketsI also think someone should get involved in investigating them for redirecting websiteIt seems that there is some sort of fraudulent activity that they should be prosecuted for
