GiftCards to be like cash so we can only issue a replacement when there is a remaining balance. However, I understand that $300 is a lot of money, which is why I’ve thoroughly researched the GiftCard activity. After my research I did find some discrepancies and have requested a $300 Target eGiftCard be sent to her email address. She should receive it within 4-24 hours. Please keep in mind that the way the GiftCard is issued there is verbiage that mentions it’s for an inconvenience, however, this is the original GiftCard. I’m not able to change the information that is on the email because it’s generated by the system. To ensure that no one is able to access her Target.com account, I recommend that she reset her password. Also, it’s a good idea to use unique user names and passwords on each website where she’s created an account. As always, I appreciate the assistance you provide us with our guests. I am rejecting this response because:First and foremost I would like an apology from the company, which I did not receive. I feel someone from target should have personally caked me about this matter. Second, I stated I felt like I should receive a refund for this item, not just the 15% off that was PREGNANT ADVERTISED. Thirdly, I want disciplinary action for both of the target associates that flat out lied to me. I have the transcript from the first person over chat who lied and I'm sure target can pull up the recording of the phone call with the supervisor who lied. Target and their employees should not get off scot-free by giving me the 15% that I was entitled to.

Thanks for contacting Target on behalf of our guest [redacted].   I understand that Miss. [redacted] was excited to take advantage of a great promotion we were running in November 2016, but was upset to find that her plus-sized items didn’t qualify. Plus-sizes are never excluded from our...

promotions, but specific items may not always be eligible. Miss. [redacted]’s order didn’t qualify because the specific items she ordered were not eligible for the promotion in that size. Despite this, our team members were happy to make a onetime exception for our guest.   When the items arrived, they were in poor condition and I see that Miss. [redacted] attempted to reach out to us about this issue via Facebook. I apologize that Miss. [redacted]’s post on Facebook was missed. We do our best to respond to guest concerns via social media, but per our Target.com help pages, we always recommend that guests call us directly at ###-###-#### or use the chat feature to receive a prompt response and resolution.   Because Miss. [redacted] returned the items to our store for refunds or store exchanges on 12/2 and 12/6, our Target.com team members were not able to assist when she emailed on 1/18. If Miss. [redacted] has questions or concerns regarding the items she received in exchange at the store, she will need to speak with Guest Relations at ###-###-#### for follow-up. I'm sorry to hear that she didn't receive her refund for both wristlets.
Our return center...

did receive her return but didn't finish processing it until June. Sometimes they get so many items that they get backed up, especially for special collections. Lilly Pulitzer was a special collection which had a shortened return window of 14 days. I want all of our guests to receive timely refunds and I'm sorry this wasn't the case.
Our return center did open her return package and only one wristlet was inside so that's why she was refunded for one and not two.
At this time Target won't be issuing a refund of $18.17 for the second wristlet.

I do not accept their response because there were two items in that package as I said, and target is mistaken. I know I put in both items, I very carefully packaged the items and I do not have the second one in my possession as I sent them to target. This is not the first time they made a mistake on my orders, three times in the past when I placed orders from target for multiples of the same item they only sent one. Now they made a mistake on the return side. My return window according to target website was until June, I had the dates ok. If they were not ok I would not have been able to print a return label. Target red card holders have an extra 30 days to return so I was within my return window, and I sent back both wristlets. I am disappointed target does not admit they made a mistake and makes me pay for their mistake. I will probably not order online anymore from target and certainly not return more than one item per package if I return anything I buy to insure I have "proof" of returning each item individually since target seems to not trust their customers. Clearly you can see by the photo the pillow I received VS. the one I ordered . If Target did their research (hence chat) they would see their representative suggested I reorder the pillow! Target is taking no responsibility to rectify their faulty shipping errors by the manufacturers they use. I am so disappointed with their lack of customer service.
