I was contacted by SLS Managers at the end of August I Agreed with the contract of my consolidation, sign electronic paperwork, and they were to take out my first payment on 9/15/My original student loan services has called several times wanting their payment and I have explained that I had refinanced with this company and they advised me, no one has contacted them and they have no contract with this company I have emailed and called this lying company several time and I want my money BACK!!!!! Please anyone wanting real help do not use this company they are LIARS!

Our
policy is to be very
thorough when we present our services to potential customers, we not only have
verification in our service agreement but we have a verbal verification of
services and we email a detailed Welcome Package that re-explains what those
services are. If a customer is unhappy, we try to resolve their concerns and
find resolution to attain customer satisfactionWe have tried to make contact with the client to provide update on account as the services that are stated we would provide on our service agreement have been renderedWe will continue to contact the client to resolve this account

On 7/24 SLS manager began working on Ms. [redacted]'s file on the same day Ms. [redacted] called into our office to cancel her agreement. In Section 22 or the service agreement it states a client may cancel the contract by sending written notice before the loan program begins. As a courtesy SLS...

Managers will issue a full refund of $408.36 to Ms. [redacted] and cancel her service agreement.

I've attached athe emails of my communication with [redacted] from student loan services. And they have already taken $240.48 out of my account. So I should be in their system.

First, I was never sent a welcome package. Two, no one ever explained nor is it outlined in the agreement that my money was going to be held pending an approval. The contract states if consolidation OR payment reduction is notet they will refund all money and cancel contract. They are refusing to do so. In addition there has been no attempt to contact me by phone or email. I have attempted to call 4 times and each time have been told a manager needs to call me. I  still waiting for that call and cancelation of the services. I want my money refunded.

We have honored out agreement and have attempted to contact client with status and information on his account and have yet to hear back from client. We will continue attempting to contact client to go over his account and provide resolution.

I have not heard from this company since December and they have not been in contact with the business that holds my loan. They have not provided any services to me whatsoever but have taken my money every month. I want my money back and the contract null and void due to the business not up holding to their end of the contract.
