We contacted Ms [redacted] on 8/13/and left her a message to contact us back so we may address her concerns in regards to her accountWe did not hear back from Ms [redacted] and we then made another attempt to contact her on 8/15/by phone and we also followed up with an email Ms [redacted] did contact us back on Monday 8/18/at which point we addressed her concerns and provided her with status on her accountWe informed Ms [redacted] that her account was in good standing, but she refused to continue on with the process of her account and for us to further assist her with the consolidation of her loans We could not come to an agreement on continuing doing our work on her account and in order to settle her account we submitted a request of issuing a refund of what she is entitled to at this time A confirmation email was sent to her as well

I did not receive the packet the person said they did. At this point it does not matter and I am taking a different action in this case. It is a matter of principle for me and that the fact that my credit rating has been destroyed because of this company. I do not expect this company to do anything further. In my opinion this case has not been resolved until my credit rating is restored to the 750-780 and that is something I am working on getting resolved. Regards, [redacted]
Hello [redacted] , I wanted to give you an update on the complaint I filed against SLS Managers I received and email from the Revdex.com regarding the complaint and the company's response on February 10th I had spoken to two of their company representatives either the 9th or 10th and the second person I talked to told me that she could not authorize a refund but that a manager or another representative would contact me within business hours to let me know the status of the accountThe first person I got at their offices hung up on me No one ever contacted me, and if they called and got my voice mail they did not leave a message I was out of town Friday/Saturday and when I returned home there was a check in the mail for about $I was surprised to say the least, but happy that I got the refundI also got an email from them today confirming they are no longer managing my loansI will be doing that myself from now on Had someone contacted me and/or told me they would be sending a check I would have not responded to the message I got on the 10th in the way that I did I am very happy they refunded me but still upset with having to go through all of thatIt was stressful and caused me a lot of extra work to change my bank account and reset my contact information with the company that actually has my student loansThe two most frustrating things are that I fee like I was lied to and that I lost almost a year of paying on my student loan debt I do not understand why this company would take the money out of my account and then not send it to the company that it was supposed to go to- the company that their representative assured me it would be paid to- [redacted] ***I was not even aware that [redacted] had given my loans to another company because SLS Managers changed all my contact information and I was not receiving any information from either of them I am so happy that I filed the complaint because I don't think they would have refunded my money if I hadn'tI'm thankful that the Revdex.com exists to assist consumers! Ms [redacted] spoke with our client services department and her account has been settled
All of the details of the services we provide and perform are detailed in the service agreement Ms. [redacted] already has. Ms. [redacted] may review her contract in more detail for explanations on what she is referring to or may contact us for further explanations as everything she is pointing out is on her agreement. All this information is disclosed in writing and should have been reviewed prior to signing the agreement. We did perform what we stated we would set out to do and as previously stated we already issued the proper refund to Ms. [redacted] and her account is now closed with our company. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions she may contact our client services department for assistance.
