This company is obviously a scam, tried to wreck my credit, stole $dollars from me and does not even have a physical address where they actually are nor is a registured company in the state of California
Their fabricated response is non sense and by no means acceptable

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I filed for loan consolidation with an employee who apparently no longer works for their company, SLS ManagersThis was not told to me until recently AFTER I filed a previous complaint about the company with the Revdex.comThey then made attempts to contact me while I was at work, but I I called immediately after and did not get a responseI was told I needed to wait to speak with *** or *** who appear to not have direct lines and who are not ever in their officeI began to complain about the lack of communication regarding my loans in JuneAll of July I waited for resolution and did not receive the information I requested which was to #know who my new lender was, #have online or paper proof of the original contract, #know how much money I was going to be paying them (break down of my payments) and the new interest I would be paying, #know my account number so that I had through SLS Managers and finally a working number to call when I had questions regarding my loansI received nothing of the sortI received a short email from National Secure Processing Center who I have no idea how they are involved in my loans
I want a refund for the entire amount $that was taken from me as the job is not completeI requested a refund in June and *** said she would help me by sending me info regarding my loans, I received nothingNow that I am complaning to the Revdex.com she says I no longer have a right to a refundShe says the consolidation is not complete therefore, I should be eligible for a refund but she is now avoiding my calls and letting time lapse which will make me ineligible for a refundI want all my money refunded as the job was not completed in a timely mannerPlease help me before it's too late!

time frame of the process. This contract
also includes all the fees associated with our service which she agreed to upon
signing the agreement

10/21/we spoke to Ms*** regarding her account and we explained to her
that she was at the final stage and we were going to be sending the necessary
payments to her servicer. We tried to
explain to Ms*** the process and she was uncooperative and would not let
us assist herDue to the misunderstanding of Ms*** and her not being
clear on our services and the process we have cancelled out Ms***’s
account and have issued the proper refund

We have reached out to this client and we are working with him on rectifying issue

This response basically says nothingYes, I was contacted by a person from Nation Secure Processing and was told that they were a manager for SLS ManagementI was told that the repayment terms of my student loans had not been answered to SLS ManagementI was given the information to cancel my account and am in the process of doing soMy complaint remains that I paid for "services" that were never actually renderedI am still requesting a full refund as they have not held up what they claimed they were going to do

We were able to make contact with client on 10/21/and provided status on his accountWe were able to resolve the client's concerns and we will be in touch with him again to provide further status

thorough when we present our services to potential customers, we not only have
verification in our service agreement but we have a verbal verification of
services and we email a detailed Welcome Package that re-explains what those services
areWe already cancelled out this client when she requested to do so and a confirmation email was sent
