The company never left a message on the dates they claim they tried to contact me. Funds were withdrawn, and the company has issued a refund, proving that funds were withdrawn. This complaint has recently been settled, with the receipt of the refund check. It took me calling Student Loan Service Managers multiple times, this Revdex.com complaint, calling National Processing Services, and the company that processed the payment in order for me to finally receive the refund.
Thank you for your assistance in resolving this. Please decrease the rating of Student Loan Service Managers.

I'm so pleased with the help and customer service I have received. SLS Managers are professional, polite, understanding, & most of all helpful. They helped me get out of default with my student loans and they will be able to put me into a program that will help me pay off my student loans, based on my what I'm able to afford. It feels so great not have the burden of defaulted student loans over my head, phone calls from collection companies every day, & a solution to pay my loans. Thank you SLS Managers!

services are. Ms. [redacted] was rendered full services from us and we have been implementing payments to her federal loans. Every cent that Ms. [redacted] has paid to be applied to her loans has been implemented and we are more than happy to show Ms. [redacted] this information. Ms. [redacted] has been contacted my management to address her account and concerns, but has yet to reach us back. At this time we have cancelled M. [redacted]'s account as requested.
We have reached out to Ms. [redacted] about her concerns on
her account and clarified the process along with the portion of her contract
that states the steps we take to perform our services. We also provided...

services contact number in case she needs anything further and had an email
sent to her with recent updates on her account. After Ms. [redacted]’s conversation with
us she was okay with the process and continuing on with us servicing her
account.

SLS Managers never had access to Ms. [redacted]'s Facebook account nor did sls managers hack any of Ms. [redacted]'s accounts. In section 9,10 & 20 of the service agreement that Ms. [redacted] signed, it states that sls managers will access her student loans with the information provided by Ms....
[redacted]. No refund is due to Ms. [redacted] as no money was ever drafted out of her account. SLS Managers has cancelled her service agreement.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I disagree- the terms and agreements were not clear by any means, not did I ever receive the welcome package. When trying to reach the business via the number they contacted me from multiple times I was unable to reach anyone. I never received any communication from this business after the initial contact, nor did they do what they stated they would do. My student loans went into default because they didn't pay as they had indicated they would- not did my student loan agency ever recieve the "$4000 student loan forgiveness" this company promised me. Additionally, this company logged into my loan account and changed my contact information without my permission-- essentially leaving me unable to access the account. None of which I consented to, nor is it good business. I would like my contract revoked and all copies of my documents returned to me immediately.
