I am rejecting this response because: As I stated in my prior email and in the two cancellation emails I sent you, I was not able to use your service on my devices or watch NFL network games as YOU ADVERTISED.  I realize your service is a prepaid service and I prepaid to watch NFL football games which is NOT A REAL OPTION.  According to my bank statement you charged me $24.99 on November 28, 2016 ... the following Thursday, 3 DAYS LATER, on December 1, 2016,  I found out I could not watch them as they were NOT AVAILABLE TO ME.  I IMMEDIATELY emailed you and requested you cancel the service and provide me with a refund.
