Thank you for finally honoring the promotion and your company's recommendations and terms.In the future, it would be a lot simpler if someone there would look for "common sense" solutions to these issues and not require the extreme back and forth, especially when it's clear that your promotions and terms are at odds with your preferred position.That said, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Please disregard any further correspondence on this issue that may come from our attorneys and/or the American Arbitration Association; we'd already okay'd our lawyer to move forward with proceedings, but will try to reverse those actions first thing tomorrow morning (as it's past COB for today).

I am rejecting this response because: this is the same generic response I received via their support. I want a refund of my money. If you view my account access record you will see that I did not use sling TV at least a week before the trial ended. No email was sent notifying me of my trial end and I request a refund. My complaint stands.

I have reviewed the response made by the business and I am amenable to the refund of $21.39. That said, I would like to ensure that the issue of customer service is resolved for other customers going forward. It seems as the response is from Customer Service Escalation department. The representatives and supervisors who I spoke to, told me that there was no department that could handle these types of escalations or credit accounts. I hope this business will make sure these agents are providing correct information. I will look for the refund of $21.39 in my bank account. Thank you!

We do not check to see if there are duplicate accounts unless the customer calls in with a complaint that they are getting double billed.
