made several attempts to cancel the service; however, you were unsuccessful, and you began to be billed. You requested a refund and a written apology.   You initiated your Sling TV account on January 8, 2018, which included our seven-day free trial offer. On January 15, 2018, the seven-day free trial period expired, and the account converted to a month to month paid subscription. You were billed the normal rate for your programming until February 22, 2018, when your account was canceled.    Sling TV is a prepaid, non-refundable service; however, we made an exception and refunded your payment of $21.98. I am rejecting this response because: I've spoken with both sides. One side ([redacted]) has ecplained to me that the money passes through their hands, as the middle men, and then Sling is paid. Therefore, the money must be refunded by Sling. Sling told me that they would file a fraud report, and no one seems to have an answer. It is for that reason that I am forced to hold Sling responsible.

I am rejecting this response because:  No, I have not contacted Sling TV to troubleshoot the issue because I used the guide that was posted on your website.  The guide says, have you checked your internet connection?  Being that everything else works just fine, it is not that.  Also, where it shows I logged in on 23 April, yes I did try to watch tv and no it did not work.  I had to turn it off and I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, which does not fix anything either.  I mean just looking at the reviews on Sling TV, they are really bad.  If this many people are reporting problems with your service, then this is a scam to continue to keep charging people, when you know your product does not work.  I still want a refund of the last two months of my lack of service.  I don't need to troubleshoot anything, I bought Playstation Vue and it works just fine, no issues.  If I want to continue to flush money down the toilet, I would subscribe to Sling.

it is being utilized because I paid..so I'll try to use it...and because the one time you look there is no issue doesn't excuse the poor form on your behalf. I have complained over and over again...I have been patient and you have neglected to fulfil your end of our agreement. You should also note the times I have called for the same reason with no response or effort to resolve....I am expecting you to resolve this properly. I hope this is all that is needed. Of necessary I can provide 2 of 4 case number that were escalated and unfortunately there are no feedback emails or calls because you do not do them...that makes sense?
