I am rejecting this response because: 3.months free.takes us to February 4th. At that time the gift cards should be applied and I will reduce my service or add an additional gift card of $25 for the balance.Your cards are bait and switch, I am not the only one.having a problem. This is what is acceptable after over 10 hours of. The phone ,multiple emails, and now you've rendered my gift cards unusable, and have given me nothing but a month I already asked for. You cannot go around lying to.people then buy the off. Those cards should never.have bee rendered.unusable since they were active until I.contacted.the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because: I cancelled my 7-day free trial on the 7th day via the SlingTV website. I even received a confirmation email, inviting me back at anytime! At this point I considered the case closed until I got my credit card statement. The rep stated in his reply that the app was used after the 17th. What he didn't say was, that was the same day I discovered my account had not been closed & I accessed the Sling service to confirm it was still on! That being said, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and it has been resolved in my favor. But I still feel this issue is worthy of a complaint because of the underhanded business practices used by this company.
