In this complaint, you state that prior to signing up for Sling you checked on the website for the availability for local c[redacted]nels and the Sling website advised that the local c[redacted]nels in your area are FOX and NBC on demand. You further allege that after using Sling, you realized that Fox and NBC were not live and therefore proceeded to cancel the service. As stated on the website, Sling TV does not provide live local c[redacted]nels in all areas. If your area does not receive the live local feeds, Sling provides you with on demand content from these national networks. Your account has been successfully cancelled as of November 27, 2017.
