I am rejecting this response because:I am not having any issue logging in, it's just now that I discontinued even though I am in a month that I paid for already you won't let me use the service. This is beyond rude, you're not responding to what I am saying to you, I'm not sure if you're not reading what I'm writing or if you just don't care but I am calling my CC company now to dispute the charge. You can't charge people and then not provide the service.

I am rejecting this response because: the website promotion was deceptive. WhenI spoke with customer service, the woman on the phone said she could provide me with a refund so long as the service is not working. Sling TV is not compatible with my streaming device, which is why I attempted to cancel my account within the 7 day trial that I thought I signed up for. When I told her that the app consistently crashes and the buffing is unbearable she told me that there is nothing that can be done. If nothing can be done then why did she say that a refund is possible? The service does not work. I thought I signed up for the seven day trial and supposedly did  not. I tried to be reasonable on the phone and the agent was difficult and unclear. This process is unnecessarily difficult and I don't understand why I cannot receive a refund.
