I am rejecting this response because:We cancelled their service within the 7 day trial period.  I sat and looked at my screen and showed my wife the cancellation page on or around 10/27 or 10/28 which was before the 10/29 cut off.  I am someone who does not try and get out of paying for things that I buy or use.  Had I known their system would ignore my cancellation as they have with many others then I would've taken a screenshot of the cancellation page.  Their system also doesn't email a cancellation confirmation within that trial period which is very shady.  Please see the last 3 attachments of reputable reviews from CNET of others who have experienced this same issue when it came to cancellation.  I am being honest and truthful about when I cancelled.  It was within the trial period and I'm not going to eat any cost from them.  Upon my last contact directly with them I received the latest email which is the first attachment which shows that they wouldn't even provide me with a contact at their corporate headquarters.  Who doesn't do that when you have problems with a company?  Nor did they ever reveal the fact that there was a higher source to go to "Sling Escalations".  I haven't been able to speak with one representative from the company nor do they even sign their name to anything.  While the offer is to reimburse me for November there have been no offers to reimburse me for additional charges that may appear on upcoming cc bills.  I am requesting that all charges be refunded as there never should've been any to begin with.  We did what we were supposed to do by cancelling within the trial period.  Unfortunately they do not acknowledge that. Sincerely,
