Hello [redacted],    We received notice of your recent Revdex.com complaint regarding your Sling TV service and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with us.   The promotion you signed up with was for a 3 month prepay with a discounted device. As you are requesting to cancel your service with a refund prior to the end of the 3 month prepaid period, the device will need to be returned to the manufacturer. Once the device has been returned we will process a prorated refund in the amount of $151.27. This is from the last day the services were utilized on 2/21/2018. If the services continue to be utilized, the refund amount will be prorated from the date the services were last accessed.
