I am rejecting this response because:Because, my bank is the first place I went when I found these fraudulent charges. My bank is still investigating and no one else has access to my account. I have contacted this company several times and I get ask the same questions every time. I could not find a phone number for this company and the number I was given when I ask was not valid. It took me forever to find a way to chat with them. My bank is handling the investigation. I just wanted to report it to Sling also. I also wanted a letter sent to me that I had reported to Sling fraud to take to file a police report for fraud. I just need a letter. My bank is handling the rest. Thank you for your assistance.

I am rejecting this response because: The 7 day free trial was included when I signed up for the blue package, which is how I discovered I was not getting all of the channels I thought were included in the package.  I will just cancel the service at the end of the free trial.  I'm sure you have many customers that stick around despite being deceived, but I will not be one of them.  I do know that I am not the only one that felt misled about what channels were included in the base packages because the customer service person I spoke to told me they had received many calls with that same complaint, that they were aware there was an issue, and that they were looking into it.
