I am rejecting this response because: I have had this offer previously given, and then rescinded within 24 hours.  I do not trust the company to complete this, because it has already been rescinded.  What I would like is a partial refund to pay for the equipment to make my device usable, or for them to send me the additional equipment.  I am on a different computer at the moment, but I can send screenshots of their previous emails.
