You received the 7 day free offer starting on the 10th of August on the 17th of August you were charged $44.98 ending your 7day free and starting your month to month service. On the 19th of August you canceled your Sling service. Per the terms of use you had to accept before services were activated that explained the billing time line. Your services will remain active until the 17th of September. We have however confirmed that your subscription has been set to cancel at the end of your current cycle to avoid any future charges. I am rejecting this response because: This is ridiculous! Your service did NOT work. The one time I connected, the program dragged and dragged making it impossible to watch, which is why I was only connected for a few minutes. If your service did not work, I should not have to pay a prorated rate, I should pay nothing, since I received NO service.

I already have a sling account so how would I log on and use three different accounts from one tv? I already received my money back because I disputed the charges with my bank. You have lost a customer for life and I will make sure everyone knows about your shady business practices.

I am rejecting this response because: I was promised service that the company failed to provide.  I was charged for an uninterupted t.v. viewing experieance that Sling TV LLC was unable to deliver.  Regardless of where the problem occured (in their equipment or in the equipment the networks they represent) my contract was with Sling TV LLC for a very specific product.  Since they failed to produce the product my money should be returned immediately.  I have seen plenty of other examples where they have done just that so saying that they are "unable" to refund is simply not true.

10/16/2017 the account went to a month to month subscription till 01/23/2018 when the account was cancelled. As we show no prior cancellation of the account before this date we are unable to refund the disputed charges as Sling TV is a prepaid non-refundable service. We have however confirmed that your subscription has been set to cancel at the end of your current cycle to avoid any future charges
