I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel is right that you allow child to create accounts and also because the service was cancelled on his phone and for wathever glitch reason in the system you did not received until I made an earlier complaint with your chat support. You can cancel the access as of immediatelly and I guess to be fair for both parties charge me for the period from 28th - Nov 1st

Dear Mrs. [redacted]: On March 12, 2018, we received your correspondence, dated March 8, 2018, filed with the Revdex.com. You said that you signed up for a seven-day free trial for Sling TV on February 17, 2018. Once you downloaded the application and tried to log in, it said that you...

didn’t have an account. You then resubmitted your information and you were able to log in and use the service. On the last day of the free trial, you tried to cancel the service, but you could not, so you contacted customer service. They informed you that there were two accounts setup, but one had a misspelled email address. You requested that both accounts be canceled on February 22, 2018. On March 8, 2018, you noticed a charge on your credit/debit card for $22.04. When you contacted customer service about this charge, you were informed that the duplicate account was still active, and you are ineligible for a refund. Our records indicate the duplicate account was canceled and the $22.04 refunded on March 8, 2018. Please allow seven business days for processing. We are not seeing any attempt at cancellation other than when you canceled on 11/16/2017. You were charged for the services on 11/14/2017 for the month. I am rejecting this response because: they account was recorded as cancelled however they did not cancel the account. Someone clicked on the service and they will not refund me the rest of my money because of error. For example if I cancel cable television and they cable company does not turn off my service who's fault is it if someone's turns on the tv. Not mine. I will be happy to hire an attorney and add that to my law suit.   If they reject this black and white explanation please have them provide official name and address for me to forward on.

Within that time frame we also make sure they have multiple ways to cancel the account if they do not want to keep the service. As your account was not cancelled until after the 7 day free trail was over and went to a month to month subscription we are unable to refund the disputed charges.
