when your account was created, you had until the end of the 7 day free trial to cancel your account without being charged. We show that you contacted us to cancel after the 7 day free trial ended and you were already billed. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the disputed charges to your credit/debit card as Sling TV is a non-refundable pre-paid service. I am rejecting this response because: I did not cause the overdraft on my account, Sling caused the overdraft on my account. I make $10 an hour, $30 is a lot of money to me; that is a weeks worth of gas for my vehicle to get to work.  It’s not that much money to a properous business like Sling. I am not asking for anything more than what is fair.

unacceptable response and if it wasn't part of the free trial then why did it show as a trial at checkout? Also why didn't charge my card immediately if that was the case? Also when contacting a supervisor about this issue they hang up on me? When you goto checkout with that promo and add channels it says included in the trial and will not be charged until the trial is over. It even shows in the screenshot.
