Hello [redacted], We received notice of your recent Revdex.com complaint regarding your Sling TV service and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with us.As we were not notified of the issue you were experiencing with logging into your account until after your account has already went to a month to month subscription we are unable to refund the disputed charges. It is our customer’s responsibility to make sure to cancel the account if they do not want to continue services, we have multiple ways to contact customer service if you are unable to cancel online. I am rejecting this response because:They cancelled me and then reenstated me for services. How do they have the right to cancel me and stop my service and then put it back on without my permission ro recharge my card. They are the ones creating the fraud and I stopped payment on my card. I refuse to pay for services which I have not received or used. They better get their records straight. Ask them why they cancelled my service and then decided to put it back on without my authorization to use my credit card. That is fraud on their part

I am rejecting this response because: Customer service keeps giving the same response that they do not have that promotion listed under my account and that they can get me the new promotion but I have to cancel my account I already paid for and start a new pre-paid account, which essentially means I would now be paying for 2 months to get a lower valued ($29.99) promotion instead of the paying for 1 month to get the higher ($49.99) valued promotion. We just keep running in circles. I only have one Sling Account, and that's the one that I filed this complaint with. I signed up through the link in the 2 emails attached. Both emails say Come Back! Get a free [redacted] when you sign-up for a month of Sling. When I signed up, on the confirmation page, it stated that I would get a confirmation email when the Streaming Stick shipped, and to make sure my address on file was correct because that's where it would ship. I did not have my address on file on my account, so I updated it immediately. I have paid for 1 month already, and now that it's come time for them to ship it and I've questioned where the confirmation email is, they keep saying I'm not signed up for that promotion. I want my money back and my account cancelled. I have been going back and forth with them since 12/21/2016.

I am rejecting this response because:You did not trouble shoot this with me at all. Your team simply said its something that is not possible (when that is not the case). Also the only message left by you was during the middle of the work day. Clearly you wouldn't expect an employed person to trouble shoot a streaming TV service while at work.I want my account canceled with full refund because I was never delivered the expected service I paid for under the expected service level agreement. I also have never dealt with customer service as poor as this. Your team insisted I was wrong and are so inflexible. And overall, its terribly off-putting that you are fighting so hard to keep my payment. Especially when [redacted] has been very great in solving any customer service issues (technical and billing) as well as refunding me a couple times for service interruptions proactively. Thats right, they admitted that they made a mistake and refunded a month of service to ensure satisfaction without me ever needing to contact them.

I am rejecting this response because:the company quoted me a prof $5 a month and is now not honoring the price quoted, even though sling originally messed up at the recconnect(which took two phone calls) I was quoted $5 a month. I offered a counter offer to their one time $10 basically they said no tough stuff. I dont like their customer service, it is beyond awful and I would leave if my wife did not want to stay. I am rejecting this response because: my streaming speed is 71Mbs download.. The speed is not the issue.. The issue is the your application is broken.. Your team has cancelled my subscription so even if I wanted to accept that offer I could not.. In addition, the service stopped working once I went to Chrome..I requested a refund for last month $56.00 and not to be billed again until your application is fixed..

Unfortunately, not one person I have spoken to at Sling during this ordeal has been accurate, truthful or forthcoming with information. I simply can’t afford to ship the item and then not receive the refund. I will happily ship the item back once I have the refund posts.
