I am rejecting this response because: This response does nothing to resolve my complaint. Sling TV has a hard policy that all PPV purchases are non-refundable. While this may be the company's policy, it equates to terrible customer service and completely flies in the face of putting their customers first.As I said in my previous communication, I initially believed that my 5-year-old son had accidentally ordered the PPV event. However, after conducting online research, I found clear examples (ATTACHED) of other Sling TV customers who have complained about being charged for PPV events they did not order. In fact, one of the online complainants was charged for the same PPV boxing match that I was on nearly the same date that my account was charged. I've attached these complaints and would appreciate it if you would review them. Additionally, Sling TV says they require two-step authentication on their PPV purchases as if that is a reason to charge me for something I did not order. What I know, without a doubt, is that I did not order the PPV event that I was charged for. I have never ordered a PPV event from Sling and did not take part in any type of two-step authentication for the Sept. 12 PPV purchase. Again, I am open to the possibility that my 5-year-old son accidentally purchased this PPV event. However, I think that if that were the circumstance that Sling TV should be willing to refund my money. However, based on my online research (documents are attached) I have doubts that my son made the PPV order. Instead, I think I was charged erroneously by Sling for this PPV event. Either way, I believe I am entitled to a refund. Sling TV's policy regarding PPV events is ridiculous and it amounts to terrible customer service.

I am rejecting this response because: How they presented local c[redacted]nel check web site is very deceptive. Why would they show on demand c[redacted]nel if it is not the local c[redacted]nel? Once you go on to the site where you can check availability of local c[redacted]nel, you have a reasonable expectation that the site will provide accurate information about the availability. When you are presented with Fox on demand on the local c[redacted]nel check site, why would a consumer believe it is not going to be a local live c[redacted]nel especially when that site was created and maintained by Sling TV to check live local c[redacted]nel? Also, Because of this misleading information, I demand the cancellation be effective immediately, and Sling TV refund my money back for the portion I've never used. Why would I sign up for a service that I don't need? Also, I signed up because of their deceptive, misleading information. This is not acceptable and I will find all other avenues to pursue this case if this is not resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:The money they took out on October 29, 2017 is good until November 28,2017. This is a prepaid service! If I canceled on the 29th of October how did I utilized the services already? Refund me my money and you can keep your services. I’m sick of the slow, buffering, service that y’all offer. I am rejecting this response because: No, as previously stated, I reject this offer.  Sling TV lied about their 'free trial' and automatically billed my credit card, even though I've complained a number of times about wanting to cancel their service.  I received an email from them saying my trial had been cancelled, and yet I checked my credit statement a few days later only to find that I had been billed for an entire month. This is unacceptable and I expect a full refund.  Shame on you Sling TV.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not make these charges and I did not authorize these charges.  Therefore, I am not liable for these charges.  When the charges were caught, I contacted Sling immediately to cancel this account and refund the charges made to my debit card that was cloned.  This fraudulent charge caused the checking account that it was linked to have insufficient funds causing a domino effect of other problems.  I'm simply asking that the unauthorized charge of $58.83 be refunded.
