I am rejecting this response because:You have yet to address the fact that your company provided the wrong telephone number for your customers to cancel. I can provide phone records as well as web history that proves I tried to cancel within just a few days of signing up. If that information doesn't give cause to refund my money then it only proves that your company is not just a horrible company but is also run by horrible people. I hope you prove me wrong and do the right thing. I am done wasting any more time writing back and forward. Please refund the money asap.

I am rejecting this response because: There are know alternates to business ethics. You either promote good business or you done, there's know other way. Business ethics are rated as excellent, good, poor and very poor. That's why I immediately notify the Revdex.com for there assistance hoping they could influence you to promoting business ethics that are commendable, rather than escalate to home office, which is very timely process. I checked your website and you do offer the [redacted] voice streaming stick package, in addition it states that when I you sign up for 2 month paid subscription should receive a free [redacted] indoor TV antenna, I didn't get one. You stated this deal is over and done. You got paid, and the consequences on whether I received what I paid for are mine to absorb, because you got paid, what happens next you don't care about. You don't have business ethics period, get the money and bye customer.
