After reviewing the call, you asked the phone agent to switch your subscription to the $25.00 Arabic Mosaic plan. Since your account has the current billing cycle until October 2018 you were set to be charged $25.00 for the 10 months. However, the $210.00 credit on your account was applied with a remaining balance of $52.63 which was charged. I am rejecting this response because:I am not asking how to prevent something that has already happened. I am asking you to refund the money because I did not order it. I did not have parental controls in place because I didn't need them. I have read multiple complaints of others having this same thing happen with your company. It seems to me that even though you make it a "three step process" it is still something a 3 year old can get around; since many others have had the same. That should tell you that something isn't working. I find it very greedy to hold on to $87 form a family when no adult int he home purchased it or viewed the event. A parent with a 3 year old shouldn't need parental controls because purchasing something accidentally shouldn't be this easy. And if a 3 year old agrees to "terms and conditions" it should be void. A 3 year old is a minor. No adult in our home agreed or consented to purchasing this event. This even has not been watched. I maintain my request for a refund. I simply will not resolve without a refund.

The Offer that you signed up for was charged up front due to the offer being you get a Free Roku Streaming Stick when you prepay 12 months of the Hindi service. We also have promotions for the domestic programming as well, where if you prepay a certain amount of months you receive the promotional device as well.
