I am rejecting this response because: I called your company to cancel - They said my account was cancelled. Please kindly explain to me what evidence I am suppose to provide??. Your customer service representative who works for your company ensured me a refund. I couldn't even log into my Sling TV account after I thought my service was cancelled  - your customer service rep said she saw NO activity. The ethics of your company are twisted and the fact that you don't even support what YOUR employees say to your customers is sad. Also, no one from your company ever responded to my emails - it took me reaching out to the Revdex.com to even get a response from you.

told this would be resolved. You requested a full refund in the amount of $55.00.   We have escalated the issue to our technical team and they are currently researching this issue. We do not have a time frame for the resolution.   We understand how frustrating technical issues can be, especially ones that do not get resolved quickly. As the services have been utilized as recently as February 23, 2018 we will be unable to offer a full refund. We are unable to refund the disputed charges to your credit/debit card as Sling TV is a non-refundable prepaid service.
