The account was not cancelled until 1/16/2018. We will be unable to refund any charges for the services on this account as we have no record of a prior attempt to cancel it during the free trial. We have this listed at sling.com/devices. we are only finding two interactions with our phone agents. One call on Oct 13th where the agent assisted you in a service change, and once on Oct 24th after you had been charged for the services. We are finding no other contacts if you have any other phone numbers that you may have contacted Sling TV via.
