I am rejecting this response because: the response that is explained here is not told to the customer before taking the customer's money (gift card). The SlingTV gift card redemption website does NOT present the 2 options described (change subscription or redeem gift card). It ONLY presents 1 option: to redeem a gift card. Then AFTER the gift card is used and a customer tries to change the subscription, SilngTV website does not permit this action. The SlingTV website does NOT work the way it is described in the response.

Hello [redacted], Upon reviewing your account, your account was created on July 28, 2017 for a 7 Day Free Trial and was not cancelled prior to the end of the 7 Day Free Trial with payment status beginning on August 4, 2017.Sling TV provides a cancellation email to our customer as notice that their account has been cancelled. You are unable to provide this email as proof of your cancellation. Our record indicate that you did not cancel your account until August 6, 2017. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Although the webpage pertaining to the AirTV Player device has been updated (a photo of the AirTV was added), the information displayed continues to mislead consumers to believe the device being offered (AirTV Player) is capable of performing features that it cannot. The only means of accessing the page in question is via a link on the homepage labeled "$50 AirTV Player + Adapter". The webpage header pertains to the AirTV Player; not the AirTV or any other device. Sling does not sell the AirTV or offer any discounts for the device. Sling does not list the AirTV as a device where Sling TV's services can be accessed. As there is no relationship between Sling and the AirTV, why display any information about it at all? As it pertains to being reimbursed for the return shipping fees, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have attached evidence of the associated cost here ($11.80), as requested.
